Bei den bekannten, aus Holz bestehenden Fensterstöcken ist es von erheblichem Nachteil, daß insbesondere der untere, quer verlaufende Fensterstockteil im Laufe der Zeit der Zerstörung durch Faulen des Holzes unterworfen ist, obwohl dieser Teil des FensterStockes durch Blechverkleidung oder Farbe geschützt wird.
