Bei diesen war aber der Gehalt an Chrom auf höchstens 5 o/o beschränkt/ da man befürchtete, daß ein höherer Chromgehalt die Sprödigkeit der Schweißstelle unzulässig vermehrt. Patentanspruch:Claim: Schweißdraht aus austenitischem Chrom-. nickelmanganstahl zum Schweißen von nichtaustenitischem Eisen und Stahl oder deren Legierungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Chromnickelmanganstahl des Schweißdrahtes über 6, aber nicht mehr als 300/0 Chrom, 4 bis 3oO/0 Nickel, 4 bis 20 0/0 Mangan und als Rest Eisen und Kohlenstoff sowie gegebenenfalls geringe Zusätze von Kobalt, Vanadin, Titan, Tantal o. dgl. enthält.Austenitic chrome welding wire.
