Das Geräth ist hauptsächlich zum Gebrauch beim Aufästen von Nadelholzstangen bis zu
beliebiger Höhe bestimmt.The device is mainly for use when pruning softwood poles up to

Das Geräth besteht aus zwei parallelen Leisten A, die durch die oben liegende Sprosse B
und das unten eingelassene und festgeschraubte Brett C za einem Rahmen fest mit einander
verbunden sind. An das Brett D sind zwei eiserne Bügel E angeschraubt und unten auf
jeder Seite zwei Führungsstücke F befestigt, mit welchen es oben auf die Leisten A lose
aufgeschoben und mit Flügelschrauben G in geeigneter Lage festgestellt wird.The device consists of two parallel strips A, which are firmly connected to one another in a frame by the rung B above and the board C, which is embedded and screwed into place below. Fufs mit einem Riemen oder Strick an, oder befestigt an dieser Stelle einen Schuh, in welchen
man hineinschlüpft, und setzt den anderen Fufs in gleicher Weise auf die andere Seite
der Sprosse B lose auf, umfafst mit beiden Armen den Baumstamm, zieht die Beine an,
wodurch der Rahmen am Stamm in die Höhe gleitet, stellt sich wieder fest auf die Sprosse B,
so dafs sich der Rahmen durch das einseitig wirkende Körpergewicht am Stamm festklemmt,
geht mit den Armen in die Höhe, reinigt den Stamm mit einer Handsäge u. s. w. von den
