The subject of the invention is a vibrating grate for the screening of bulk material, which consists of two groups of rust bars that can be moved against each other perpendicular to the grate surface, the frames of which are each supported on links, the links of one grate frame being shortened compared to those of the other grate frame are trained. In the previously known vibrating grates of this type, the links of the two link groups either never or only in one end deflection position assume a parallel bling to one another. With each vibration of the vibrating grate, there is only one stroke of the upper grate bar group in relation to the lower group. In contrast, the characterizing feature of the vibrating grate according to the invention is that the links of one grate frame are arranged opposite the links of the other grate frame that only in the middle deflection position of the two grate frames coupled by links parallel to their direction of movement, the links of the two grate frames are parallel to each other and in this position the difference in the heights perpendicular to the grate surface of the Ausclilagbogen described by the articulation points of the link groups on the grate frame corresponds to the stroke of the grate frame against each other. This ensures that with each vibration of the vibrating grate, two strokes of the upper grate bar group take place in relation to the lower group. As a result, the screening effect of the grate according to the invention is significantly improved over the known types both in terms of performance and in terms of clean screening. This is of great economic importance, especially for material to be screened that contains a lot of fine particles.
In the drawing, the vibrating grate according to the invention is shown in one embodiment.
Abb. i zeigt die Gesamtanordnung des Rüttelrostes in Seitenansicht.Fig. I shows the overall arrangement of the vibrating grate in side view.
Abb. 2 zeigt eine teilweise Seitenansicht in größerem Maßstabe.Fig. 2 shows a partial side view on a larger scale.

. The vibrating grate consists of the lower grate frame i, which is supported on links 2 and 3 , which are mounted with bearings 4 on the base frame. It is driven by connecting rods 5 which engage the links 2. The grate frame 6 is arranged above the grate frame i and is supported by means of supports 7 on the links 8 which are fastened with bearings 9 on the base frame. The grate frame 6 is coupled to the grate frame i by the links io lying parallel to their direction of movement. The arm 8 of the grate frame 6 are opposite the links?, And i shortened 3 of the frame, according to the invention are the handlebar 8 are arranged opposite the arms 2 and 3 so that they i only in the average swing position of the grate frames and 6 are parallel to each other (Fig . 2). In this position, the stroke of the upper frame 6 compared to the lower frame i corresponds to the difference in the heights of the deflection curve described by the articulation points of the two link groups on .die grate frame, measured perpendicular to the grate surface. The dis- tance i the grate frame and 6 from each other in this case grows from the initial position i ', 6'.i. in which the smallest distance c is present k , to the largest distance d, which is in the dq #. ParalleHage of the handlebar groups correspond to & , middle deflection position is reached, and 'then decreases to the end deflection position 1 ", 6" again to the dimension e. With this arrangement, a stroke of the upper frame relative to the lower frame is achieved both when the vibrating grate goes down and when the grate moves, so that two strokes of the upper grate bar group take place with respect to the lower one with each oscillation of the grate. .
