Description
The invention relates to a method for producing pipe strings underground from a malleable mass that hardens after moistening and a device to carry out this procedure.
The known devices for producing pipe strings underground work with a prepared mass. By means of these devices, however, is so far Forming into a tube in a continuous flow did not ■ succeed perfectly. Difficulties arise in particular that the moist mass depending on the Moisture content either does not follow up sufficiently or that the shaped profile is ahead deforms or collapses completely after hardening.
In addition, in order to prevent the freshly cut duct wall from collapsing, the incorporation of hardening accelerators has been proposed, with if necessary to prepare for the absorption of the hardening and accelerating agents the walls of the freshly cut mole canal should be moistened by a separate water supply.
In contrast, the method according to the invention is characterized in that the Pipe material is supplied dry to the molded body and only during or after the molding is moistened from the inside. The liquid is expediently adjustable Amount through a porous body of the inside diameter of the to be molded Pipe fed and delivered to the pipe walls when sliding past.
This ensures that the supply of the dry pipe material from the storage container to the molded body is made much easier and at the same time safer. In addition, the shaping of the pipe is made easier because this is done before the material is moistened. Another advantage of the method according to the invention is that the moistening is facilitated and takes place uniformly for the entire length of the pipe string. In particular, the laborious preparation of a moist mixture is now no longer necessary, since the pipe material is filled into the machine dry. The moistening liquid is preferably supplied very sparingly, since it is not necessary for the entire pipe to be completely moistened at once. Rather, the pipe is only moistened from the inside in a thin layer in order to prevent the newly formed pipe from collapsing. The pipe walls are then completely moistened later through capillary absorption of water from the surrounding damp or dampened soil. Furthermore, blockages of the organ supplying the liquid are ruled out because its capillary-porous openings are kept under hydrostatic pressure from the inside by being connected to a liquid tank mounted at an elevated level. In the drawing, for example, an embodiment of a device for carrying out the method according to the invention is shown in an overall view and a longitudinal section through the molded body. It denotes a material container, b a liquid tank, c a slide rail, d the plow body and e a porous body through which the moistening of the freshly -.75. formed tube takes place.
