Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung einer insbesondere für kosmetische Pasten geeigneten Trockenpektinmischung Es besteht auf verschiedenen Gebieten, u. a. zur Herstellung kosmetischer Mittel, das Bedürfnis, aus Pektintrockensubstanz unter Zusatz sehr geringer Mengen von Flüssigkeit gleichmäßige Pasten herzustellen. Hierbei tritt die Schwierigkeit auf, daß das Trockenpektin sehr stark dazu neigt, beim Zusatz von Flüssigkeit Klumpen zu bilden, welche sich auch bei anhaltendem Rühren nicht mehr lockern, so daß die im Innern der Klumpen vorhandene Pektinsubstanz unbenetzt bleibt und ihre Verarbeitung zur Paste entzogen ist. Der Zweck der Beifügung eines solchen Schutzkolloids war bei jenen Gemischen, eine Teig- oder Pastenbildung zu vermeiden. Im übrigen handelt es sich dort um Puddingpulver o. dgl.-Als chemisch indifferente Dispergierungsmittel haben sich im Sinne der Erfindung für den genannten Zweck insbesondere grob gemahlene Cerealien, wie z. B. Hafergrieß, bewährt.
