Kontaktbuchsen in Steckdosen.
Socket contacts that are fastened in the socket base without screws or rivets
The invention relates to the s.chrau! -ben- and rivetless fastening of
Contact sockets in sockets. In -the previously known versions of this
Art, the contact sockets are either attached to a carrier that is in a to
one axis of the device. parallel plane springs, or the hont, Aktbuchs: en sit
in a support piece, which by means of a helical spring, which is on the one hand
against a housing "vand, on the other hand, against the contact carrier, within the
Socket insert is attached. It is also known to be screwless and rivetless
Attachment of sockets when using a two-part base too
use. In the case of one-piece plinths, you also have the screwless and rivetless one
Attachment of the contacts used, but these are so-called device sockets,
in which the contact sockets are inserted in the axial direction. This arrangement
can not be used for the relatively flat wall sockets. It
has also been proposed in contact pieces for socket inserts that
from a stamped piece with legs sitting on the long sides of the middle piece
consist, which are bent perpendicular to the plane of the middle piece, on the legs
to arrange lugs running parallel to the middle piece that are perpendicular to
the plane of the middle piece standing bending edges are bent inwards and: an
their ends form sleeve walls for the plug pin. This arrangement has the disadvantage
that the manufacture of the base for receiving such a contact piece
is complicated and expensive due to the undercut.
The invention relates to a sockets, contact, the building an im
There is a substantial T-shaped crosspiece, the transverse axis of which is in relation to the longitudinal axis
is very long and the long legs are bent twice so that the
Blasting of the socket contacts in the base except for the known one
nose-shaped approach near the connection terminals through on the resilient legs
provided noses takes place, which are sheared out of the thigh lobes and behind
engage separately arranged projections.
i ge-
In the drawing, the invention is shown in Figs. I to q. for example shown. Fig. I shows a sectional view through the socket, Fig. Z shows a view of the subject matter of the invention from above, while Fig. 3 shows a section through the socket insert along the line AB of Fig. z shows; in fig.q. the development of the contact piece is shown. The contact piece has resilient, U-shaped, bent leg L and in -and the inwardly bent projections a and b 'the. wear the contact halves tc and o forming the connector sleeves. At the web q of the U-shaped 'contact piece, a plate k is bent, which serves to receive a connecting screw and to clamp the supply line. The resilient leg and nt have nose-shaped projections d and e, while the contact plate k is provided with a projection c. To insert the contact piece into a socket insert i, the contact plate k is brought with its extension c behind a projection h of the socket insert i , and the two resilient legs and in are tong gecli ückt together and so inserted through the opening f in the socket insert i . After the two legs I and nt have been inserted and released, they spread apart by virtue of their spring action, with the nose-shaped extensions, cl and e behind projections g and .lt of the socket insert i. Introducing the compressed thigh and . in can be facilitated by a well-known engraving of the projections g and lt on their introduction surface. Characterized in that the resilient legs and are arranged in a U-shape and the contact plate k is bent on the web tdes U-shaped contact piece; What is achieved is that the resilient Sche nkell and in transverse axially resilient, while the contact plate k resilient axially: By this' arrangement not only a comfortable introduction of the contact piece into the socket insert is achieved, but also its completely secure fit within the Socket inserts i secured without having to do without a good spring effect of the two socket halves and: o each other. The contact piece is punched out in a manner known per se from resilient stamped sheet metal in one piece and then brought into its described shape by bending.
