Sehrohr zur Magen-: und Darmuntersuchung Die vorliegende Erfindung
bezieht sich-auf eine Verbesserung des Sehrohrs zur Magen-. und Darmuntersuchung
nach Patent 629 59o, bei dem die optischen Teile in einem Schlauch angeordnet sind
und zum übertragen der abbildenden Strahlen von einem Ende zum andern Ende eine
verhältnismäßig große Anzahl Sammellinsen dienten, die in kleinen Abständen aufeinanderfolgen.
Es hat sich als zweckmäßig erwiesen, ein solches Gerät nicht auf seiner ganzen Länge
biegsam zu machen, sondern einen großen Teil desselben, und zwar vom Okularende
nach der Mitte zu starr auszubilden. Zum Teil starr und zum Teil biegsam ausgebildete-
Kysboskope sind bekannt. Durch die Anwendung dieser für Kysboskope vorgeschlagenen
Anordnung bei dem Gerät gemäß Patent 629 59o wird ein Gerät zur Untersuchung des
Magens und des Darmes geschaffen, das den besonderen Vorteil hat, daß die gesamte
Anzahl der im Gerät anzuordnenden Linsen gegenüber der im Ausführungsbeispiel des
Patents 629 59o gewählten Anordnung wieder verringert werden kann, da in dem starren
Teil weniger Linsen zur Weiterleitung des abbildenden Strahlenbündels erforderlich
sind .als in einem entsprechenden biegsamen Teil, ülme daß dadurch, wie sich überraschenderweise
bezeigt hat, die gute Einführbarkeit und die gute Beobachtungsmöglichkeit durch
das Gerät bim Einführten und in eingeführtem Zustand eine unerwünschte Einbuße erleidet.
Die Verringerung der Linsenzahl bringt wegen der Verringerung des Lichtverbrauchs
in den Linsen eine Erhöhung der Bildhelligkeit mit sich, und die Einführung dies
Gerätes wird wegen der besseren Lenkbarkeit desselben sogar noch ,erleichtert. Da
insbesondere die Anzahl der beim Verbiegen des Schlauches ihre Stellung zueinander
verändernden Linsen verringert wird, verringern sich auch die durch die Abbildung
entstehenden Fehler im Bild. Will man auf die durch die. Verringerung der gesamten
Linsenzahl erreichbare Steigerung der Bildhelligkeit verzichten, so kann man-bei
dem gemäß der Erfindung verbesserten Gerät nach Patent 629 59o die Erleichterung
in der Einführbarkeit des Geräts noch dadurch steigern, daß man den Durchmesser
