3 bis 4: i beträgt.
Process for the production of mixed fertilizers containing dicalcium phosphate
The 647,624 patent has a process for converting monocalcium phosphate into
Dicalcium phosphate by means of ammonium phosphate solution, the subject matter, whose N: P2 05 ratio
3 to 4: i. According to one embodiment of this method, this [implementation
carried out with solutions of ammonium phosphate, which were circulated and carried out
Addition of ammonia can be regenerated again and again.
It has now according to the present further training of the above
Procedure shown. that this way of working is not limited to the pure or technical
Monocalciumphosphat can be used, but in general, on all digestion products,
which arise during the digestion of rock phosphates with sulfuric acid and monocalcium isphate
as one of its constituent parts, is transferable. It is irrelevant
what other components, with the exception of soluble calcium salts, account for the rest of the process
Make a mixture. It is also irrelevant in what proportions these others
Components of the mono-calciumphos.phat are and whether they are in the. Digestion good already
templates or may be added to this first. So z. B. in a known manner
shown superphosphate, which is a mixture of monocalcium phosphate and gypsum
and to which other fertilizer salts can optionally also be added, the implementation
with ammonium phosphate solutions of the specified composition
will. Likewise, according to the invention, this can also be done by digesting rock phosphate
So-called double superphosphate obtained from phosphoric acid can be subjected to this treatment.
Umsetzung Verwendung findet. All of these mixtures containing monocalcium phosphate, but no other
contain easily soluble lime salt, react with ammonium phosphate solution in such a way that
that with simultaneous formation of ammonium phosphate the Mon.ocalciumphosphat in Dicalciumph-osphat
transforms. The circulating Pho.sphatlösung, which by the reaction with the Monocalciumpho) sphat
is depleted in ammonia, after it has been separated from the treated material through
Ammonia brought back to the same saturation level before moving on to further
Implementation is used.
Since the materials used for processing according to the method of the present invention are large-scale products that are not entirely of the same composition, There is practically only the joint separation of the resulting dicalcium phosphate with the ammonium phosphate according to the method of claim 2 of the main sponsor; 647 624 in question. .; It is true that it has already been proposed to convert monocalcium phosphate and fertilizers containing such substances into dicalcium phosphate by means of ammonium phosphate solutions. However, an attempt was made to always obtain a mother liquor of constant composition by continuously introducing gaseous ammonia in accordance with the progress of the reaction, which has proven difficult (cf. patent 639 656 of the inventor). In the present process, on the other hand, the ammonia is reacted in the form of your ammonia phosphate solution, whereby solutions with lower ammonia levels are formed as an intermediate. This way of working guarantees the desired course of the reaction and is technically much easier to implement and monitor.
.glicht. Auch sind Super- und D.oppelsup@er-
' ;phate wesentlich billigere und leichter zu
phaffende Ausgangsstoffe als das nach dem
Verfahrnen ,des Hauptpatents verwendete Mono-
calciumphosphat.
Umsatz verwendet.A particular advantage of the present process is that, due to the circulation of the ammonium phosphate solutions, inherently unstable salt mixtures, which have poor storability and throwing power or an uneven quality, the solution is mixed and reacted during the treatment in such a way that the otherwise in the store Reactions caused by the humidity in the air can be brought to an end with the solution while stirring, so that completely uniform and storage-stable products are obtained. The method also has the particular advantage that it is compared to the treatment of the super or double superphosphere phats with gaseous ammonia like it
it has been suggested many times to work
open vessels without airtight
. possible. Also Super- and D.oppelsup@er-
'; phate much cheaper and easier too
phaffende raw materials than that after
Verfahrnen, the main patent used mono-
calcium phosphate.
Embodiment 7809 of a commercially available superphosphate with 18.5% water-soluble P905 are added to 4000 g of a solution with 6.0% NH3, 242% H3PO4, 1.9% H2S04 and 0.5% Ca, and after the reaction has ended the precipitated mixture is separated off by filtration. After drying, 815 g of a product are obtained with a content of 1.7% N and 17.70 / 0 citrate-soluble P205. 8.8% P205 are water-soluble. The product consists essentially of. Dicalciumpho, sphat, ammonium phosphate and gypsum. The alkali obtained during the filtration: is brought back to the composition given above by introducing 17 g of ammonia and then used for the next conversion.
