Plan grate with rows of. Longitudinal bars The invention relates to a plan grating with rows of longitudinal bars arranged one behind the other according to patent 623326, specifically in that particular embodiment in which adjacent bars move simultaneously. The aim of the invention is to enable the use of a larger deflection angle and thus a greater conveyance of the fuel, while avoiding an increase in the height dimensions of the rods, without the lower surface of a rod protruding over the focal surface of the neighboring rods and thus allowing unused fuel to fall through .
This is achieved according to the invention in that with rectified
Movement of the bars the largest deflection angle of adjacent bars so unequal
is large or that in the case of a phase-shifted movement of such rods, the phase shift
is dimensioned such that the lower surface of the rod that has been swung out the furthest
does not protrude beyond the focal surface of the neighboring rods.
Although it is known to eat, a grate mixes swiveling bars
the lower surface, even in its upper end position, does not exceed the focal surface of the
1` to let the neighbors protrude, but only with such grate devices,
in which the neighboring rods during a pivoting movement
Rods remain in their basic position. As a result, however, the deflection angle
with normal width and length. Dimensions of the bars are only proportionate
be chosen small.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in Figs. T to 7 and Fig. 8 to II , each in an exemplary embodiment. Fig. Z shows schematically the arrangement of the rods a and b of the two groups. These rods have the shape shown in FIGS. The rods of the a group are provided with circular openings c and extensions d, those of the b group with square openings e. The rods of both types are, as shown in Fig. 5, lined up on waves / square cross-section, so that the rods a are freely rotatable around the shafts, f with a correspondingly large dimensioning of the openings c, while the rods b as a result of the Square cross-section of the shafts adapted square openings e inevitably participate in a rotation of the shaft.
Lage darstellenden Abb. 7 hervorgeht.
Furthermore, all rods of group a are inevitably connected to one another by a longitudinal rod g and a transverse rod, as are the rods of group b by a longitudinal rod i and by the shaft /. This longitudinal rod i is articulated to an attachment o of a rod bi (Fig. 4 ) , one of which is switched on in each row of the b group. Tie rods k and m are also articulated on the one hand to the front ends of the longitudinal rods i and g, on the other hand to the hand levers. What is essential in this entire arrangement is the fact that the approach o of the rods bi is shorter than the approach d of the a group. As a result, when the hand lover it is turned over, the bars of the b-group swing out further than those of the a-group, as can be seen from Fig. 7, which shows the completely swung-out position. Figs. 8 to ii show an example of an arrangement according to the invention with out-of-phase movement. The rods b_ controlled by the longitudinal rod g and the tie rod k have attachments p of the same length as the attachments d of the a group. "The inevitable coupling of both groups can take place, as indicated for example in Fig. 8. The tie rods k and m are articulated on interlocking toothed disks r and g, but the hinge points t and s are offset from one another by approximately a quarter turn Now the pins s and t as well as the bars a and b2 take the position shown in Fig. 8, after a quarter turn of the toothed gear r, g they take the position according to Fig. 9, after half a turn the position according to Fig. 10 and after three quarters of a turn the position according to Fig. ii is in. In all these positions, however, the condition is met that the lower surface of a rod does not protrude over the focal surface of the neighboring rods.
