Bei Benutzung der durch Patent No. 63604 geschützten Vorrichtung zum Länger- und Kürzermachen von Hosenträgern, Gürteln und dergleichen haben sich verschiedene Aenderungen als zweckmäfsig erwiesen. Dieselben bestehen im wesentlichen darin, dafs an den Schleifen zur Längenverstellung die Oesen d (s. Haupt-Patent) in Wegfall kommen.When using the patent no. 63604 protected device for making suspenders, belts and the like longer and shorter, various changes have proven to be useful. Die Oesen d haben die Nachtheile, dafs sie, selbst wenn die Schleifen nicht gespannt sind, bei Verstellung derselben eine unnöthige Reibung erzeugen, die Verstellung umständlich und die Herstellung solcher Hosenträger kostspielig machen.The drawbacks of the eyelets are that , even if the loops are not stretched, they produce unnecessary friction when they are adjusted, making the adjustment cumbersome, and making such braces expensive to manufacture.

Im übrigen bleibt die Verschlingung im Lappen α wie im Haupt-Patent. Claims
