Description
The invention relates to an isolated electrical line, especially a dynamo wire, the insulation of which is made of a single or multi-layer wrapping with threads made of spun fiber.
Since the individual fibers of all commercially available "threads are twisted in the same sense are, so when winding the ladder with fiber threads, depending on the direction of rotation of the spinning plate, the threads turned up or even further closed. If when winding on an electrical conductor If the thread, which is already tightly twisted, is twisted even further, the winding jumps due to the tension of the threads to a certain length when the wire is cut or the winding layer is destroyed at one point. When winding bobbins It is therefore easy to short-circuit between turns. This effect does not only occur in one single winding layer, but when there are several consecutive winding layers, usually with alternating Direction of threads of the same twist direction are applied, also in the " outermost winding layer when the threads of the outermost winding position during the wrapping have been turned off. This disadvantage can be avoided when isolating from a single Wrap layer in this, in the case of an insulation of several in the same or alternating Direction of applied WickeEagen as far as possible in all, at least in the outermost Winding position the twist direction of the spun fibers of the thread the twist direction of the Wrapping is opposite. In this case, the Turning the winding forces to twist the individual threads even more tightly try. The threads therefore become a resistance to untwisting of the winding oppose, which causes the winding on the wire ends or the thread ends, remain firmly on the wire at damaged areas of the wrapping. If there are several Wraps only the outermost wrapping carried out according to the invention, this prevents the layers underneath from cracking open.
In the accompanying figure, an insulated wire, which has a winding according to the invention, is shown schematically. It means α the conductor with an insulation of two layers of winding, the ends of which consist of several threads &.
The known winding machines can be used to produce a conductor according to the invention be used. The most important design examples a winding made using the threads customary in the trade by the invention has the intended effect are the following:
i. A single-layer wrapping in which the twist direction of the wrapping of the Draürich
rung der Fasern der Fäden entgegengesetzt gewählt ist.tion of the fibers of the threads is selected opposite.
A two-layer wrapping with the mostly usual alternating twist direction. in the layers, being only in the extreme! the direction of twist of the winding contrary to the direction of twist of the fibers of the threads? 1 set is selected.
However, when applying any number of ι "with alternating twist direction on the conductor applied windings to achieve that in each winding position the twist direction of the spun fibers of the threads is opposite to the twist direction of the wrapping, threads must be used for some of the wrapping layers, the fibers of which have a Have a twist direction that is opposite to that which has been used up to now. The production threads of this kind do not pose any difficulties in the spinning mills. The invention is not to use limited by threads made of spun fiber simple execution, but analogously also applicable to twisted fiber threads.
They are wire ropes made of round strands with several alternating Lang's lay and regular lay applied strand layers known. This type of rope is intended to prevent that the ropes rotate under load. Here the arrangement of several superimposed Conditions.
The purpose of the invention is now not to create an electrical conductor, which does not rotate under load. On the other hand, it is known in the case of wire ropes Construction is not a requirement to prevent the drainage layers from opening, though ■ these are cut or damaged, such as it is the case with the threads of a fiber-insulated line according to the invention. Furthermore, the intended effect can be achieved with the invention in every winding position, the direction of twist of which is the direction of twist of the spun fibers of the threads is +5 opposite. So it's not one A plurality of layers are absolutely necessary as to achieve "the intended effect with the well-known wire ropes.
