Um einen möglichst einfachen Antrieb und Aufbau der Vorrichtung zu erzielen, wird die über die Rillung herausstehende Fläche 5-6-1q.-15 (vgl. Fig. 14) in bekannter Weise durch die Rillrolle 13 heruntergebogen und durch eine Leitschiene 16 um etwa 9o° zur übrigen Schlauchebene abgebogen. Jedes Schlaucherdteil hat in einer Lage einen bekannten Daumenausschnitt 2, in den ein an sich bekannter umlaufender Trennfinger 17 faßt und die beiden Schlauchlagen voneinander abdrückt (Fig.3 und 4). Zwischen die beiden Lagen fährt nun beim Weiterwandern des Schlauches i die umlaufende Spreizscheibe i9, die in ihrer Mantelabwicklung sich von einer Spitze 20 zu einem immer breiter werdenden Keil ausweitet und damit immer tiefer in die beiden Umhüllungslagen des Schlauches dringt und sie gleichmäßig und vollkommen auseinanderspreizt (vgl. Fig. 5 bis 7). Um nun den hinteren aufgezogenen Kreuzbodenteil auszurichten und und festzupressen, wird in der Spreizscheibe i 9 eine Einrichtung, beispielsweise ein Ausschnitt 28 bis 31 der Fig. 8, angebracht, gegen die das hintere Kreuzbodenteil fährt und in der Kante 21-22 genau ausgerichtet wird. Beim Weiterlauf der, Spreizschreibe und des Schlauches wird dann die hintere Ecke des aufgezogenen Kreuzbodenteiles ' durch die Fläche 3o-31 der Spreizscheibe festgelegt und geknickt. Mit ähnlichen Mitteln kann nun auch das vordere Kreuzbodenteil 6-23-24 scharf ausgespreizt und ausgerichtet werden, indem ein entsprechend gesteuerter Hebel 32 (Fig. i) mit einem Spreizrichtblech 34 hinter dem vorbeiziehenden vorderen Kreuzbodenteil .hereilt, hineinfährt, ihn rechtwinklig ausrich-@et, :und ihn wieder verläßt. Zur sicheren Führung des Schlauches und zur Verhinderung des Verziehens beim Kreuzbodenbilden wird ein Anlageblech 42 vorgesehen, auf dem der Schlauch aufliegt und nur in seinem zur Bodenbildung dienenden Endteil überhängt.
