Description
Shoe carrier for sole presses Smoothing the soles of footwear Lately has been happening a lot on heavy sole presses, which compensate for it the sole thicknesses are preferably operated hydraulically. Here is a special one shaped steel strips are used as smoothing strips, which because of the high pressures in usually made in one piece with the molding stand or molding support is. For long-lasting footwear, however, the steel last from the last stand separated.
Now it is: but it is difficult, on the one hand, to dimension the steel strips in such a way that that it withstands the relatively high demands - and on the other hand a makes easy application of the workpiece possible. This task is particularly difficult to be solved in the case of footwear with the front leaf closed across the rows or otherwise limited width in the instep, e.g. B. with shaft boots, hunting and sports boots with high tail tongue and high-laced motorcycle boots, because on the one hand because of the Applying to: a subdivision into strips and groin supports is not dispensed with and on the other hand, the toe of the shoe must be cantilevered.
There are already known shoe carriers in which the last stand Separate strips can be moved and locked horizontally on the strip stand is arranged and the last stand with a cantilevered towards the last tip Approach is provided. The invention relates to a shoe carrier of this type, which is to be used in particular for sole presses The invention lies in the fact that the strips overlap the strip stand like a saddle and is locked by releasable locking hooks on it and that the strip stand on its side facing the inguinal heel towards the inguinal tip is drawn in that after releasing the locking hook when moving the last after the tip to the ledge stand with its protruding part in the area of the shoe upper and with its drawn-in part in the free space below the last heel steps back and the last with the workpiece facing upwards from the last stand can be picked up. Due to the protruding approach of the bar stand, the otherwise self-supporting tip of the last .eipe extensive support against the at Pressing occurring high pressures. Nevertheless, it works when removing the last from the stand this cantilevered approach is not disturbing, because the ledges after lifting the lock can be moved on the ledge stand so that. its outstanding Heel end with the last stand and the cantilevered extension of the Stand in * the strips, step back, whereupon the workpiece with the smoothing strips can take off easily. The extension mentioned corresponds to the wedge of Lasting strips, which, however, does not need to be removed separately from the shoe in the present case, in order to make it possible to show off: The subject of the invention is in the @eirh, nung in one embodiment example «-: shown, namely show: Fig. r a Side view with partial section through the connecting pieces in the pressed state, Fig. 2 shows a similar view and the position of the parts when changing the workpiece, Fig.3 a longitudinal section of the inner shape along the line III-III of Fig. i.
The strip stand i, 2 is with the attached strips 6 against the The mold 7 is movable, which is connected to the pressing member 3 by the intermediate members 7, 5, 4 related.
The one that is separated from the stand and that can be clipped horizontally on it. and lockable strips 6 overlaps the strip stand 2 like a saddle. In the Saddle-like lugs 6 'of the last 6 eyes are provided in which locking hooks 8 and 9 intervene. These are in the groove-shaped recesses of the strip stand 2 stored. They are spread apart by a spring 14. Falling out. the locking hooks 8 and 9 from the groove-shaped recesses is supported by plates i i .and. 12 .prevents that are attached to the strip stand 2. On the locking hook 8 and 9 buttons 8 'and 9' are provided,. which reach through the plates i i and 12 and from the outside by pressure on the soft side of the boot shaft inwards can be guided to the locking hooks 8 and 9 against the pressure of the spring 14 to approach one another and unlock the last.
The application of the boot 13 is done in such a way that initially the smoothing strips 6 is introduced into the boot, whereupon the boot 13 together with the Smoothing strips 6 is pushed over the strip stand 2 sitting on the support i. The smoothing strips 6 and the strip stand 2 are then located in the one shown in Figure 2 Location. Now by moving the boot 13 and the last 6 on the Train. 2 'of the strip, stand 2, the locking hooks 8 and 9 for engagement in the openings of the saddle parts 6 ', so that the boot 13 is in the position shown in Fig processing-appropriate location comes. In this position the ledge protrudes. 6 with his heel end beyond the molding stand. To be lasted from the outside of the boot the buttons 8 'and 9' and thus the locking hooks 8 and 9 inwards to the Cancel the locking of the last. The last is then opposite the last stand shifted so that the last stand steps back into the space under the inguinal heel and thus comes into the position according to Fig.2. The boot with the last can then from Last stand pulled off and then the last can be removed from the boot.
