Description
Process for the preparation of metabolic intermediate ferments It is already known that you can make Lebedev juice by diluting it with water and saturating it . Obtain a mixture of metabolic intermediate ferments of yeast with carbonic acid can.
It has now been found that one arrives at the same products if one considers the separation of the mentioned fermentation mixture from Lebedev juice or analog Yeast preparations or using other types of cells in which a burn the carbohydrates takes place, e.g. B. the red blood cells, the spleen and the like., As Starting material easily by setting to the appropriate preliminary tests determinable respective optimal pH-value causes. This procedure has before yours known the advantage that one can manage with significantly lower amounts of liquid and therefore the product in a technically more convenient way and also in a purer condition receives. The setting to the specific PH-ion concentration is done with the help of buffer mixtures. The pH value depends on the properties of the relevant Starting material; In the case of Lebedev juice, the use of an acetate buffer has proven itself and setting on. Pf - [= 4 proved to be particularly advantageous. Example iooo ccm Lebedev juice, as it is according to A. v. Lebedev. (Hoppe-Seyler, vol. 73, p.447, igii) are obtained, are diluted with water on the surface. -The solution obtained is adjusted to pH = 4 with acetate buffer after centrifugation, centrifuged again and the precipitate obtained was dissolved in 100 ccm of a neutral phosphate solution. The solution obtained in this way is again adjusted to pH = 4 with acetate buffer. the Intermediate metabolites precipitating in the process are capable of carbohydrates or theirs To activate phosphoric acid ester. You can use the vacuum desiccator without any loss of effectiveness be dried over sulfuric acid. Their effectiveness and harmlessness towards the organism can be increased by further suitable purification. The received Products should be used therapeutically.
