Universal hanger clamp for optional attachment to the contact wire or

the suspension rope is difficult to carry out. The connection is made
by means of a thimble with a notch connector or with the help of a choke knot, which
do not allow adjustability without further ado. The invention has the task

6 bzw. 6' mit schrägeM . Verlauf.
Fig. 4 shows a hanger clamp with a different jaw design. 'The hanger clamp consists of two completely matching clamping jaws i and i', which are held together in a mirror-inverted position with the wires and ropes to be clamped in between. Each clamping jaw is equipped with a retaining blade 3 or 3 'to hold the grooved contact wire z, the edges of which are perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the clamp. Furthermore, on the inside of each clamping jaw is parallel to the cutting edge 3 or 3 '. a notch q. or q. ' provided, which complement each other to form a clamping channel for the suspension cable 5. The notches q., Q. ' and the clamping channel formed by them widen to a funnel-shaped manner towards the ends in order to enable a largely angular course of up to about 6.5 ° of angling of the supporting cable. In the continuation of the clamping jaws there is ,,. a cross hole 6 or 6 'with inclined M. Course. The adjoining notches: eh @ _ and 7 'complement each other when i and i' clamping jaws lie one on top of the other to form a clamping channel that merges with bends into the bores 6, 6 'and is used with these to accommodate the hanging rope 8. To increase the clamping effect, the clamping channel 7, 7 'can be robbed in a known manner: or be designed in a wave-like manner. At its outer end, this channel passes over a funnel-shaped widening 9. The notches 7, 7 'sit axially in extensions io, io' of the clamping jaws of semicircular cross-section, which in the embodiment of FIGS. I to 3 complement one another to form threaded pins. The outer end of this threaded pin tapers slightly. A nut sleeve ii with a hexagonal shoulder 12 sits on this threaded pin and holds the two clamping jaws i and i 'together. The clamping of the contact wire 2, the suspension cable 5 and the suspension cable 8 comes about because the widths of the clamping jaw for the contact wire 2, the clamping channel for the suspension cable and that for the suspension cable 8 are slightly smaller than the cross-sections to be clamped. This results in a certain spreading of the two clamping jaws i and i ', which is compensated as far as possible by the screwed-on nut sleeve ii, the application of which is facilitated by the conical shape of the pin io, io'. For the mutual fixing of the two clamping jaws i, i ', the same are each equipped with a hole 13 and, in a symmetrical manner to the longitudinal axis of the jaw, with a pin 14 that fits into them. When the jaws are placed on top of one another, the pins 14 engage in the bores 13. If, in the course of time, it becomes necessary to retighten the suspension cable 8, this is done by partially loosening the screw sleeve ii, which loosens the jamming of the I-pincer cable 8 and pulls it through the channel 7, 7 'and the hole used 6 or 6 'is possible, easy to accomplish.

Die Verklemmungseinrichtung, nämlich die Schraubhülse i i, sitzt abseits
