Description
Luftgekühlter Brennkräftmaschinenzylinder Beim Bau von luftgekühlten Motoren hat man bisher, wie die Entwicklungsgeschichte zeigt, die Forderung ,einer kräftigen Kühlung des Zylinders und die Forderung, den Zylinder so zu befestigen, daß er nicht im Kraftfluß liegt, völlig getrennt voneinander behandelt und jede dieser beiden Forderungen für sich betrachtet zu erfüllen gesucht. So suchte man eine möglichst wirksame Kühlung dadurch zu erreichen, daß man den Zylinder sowohl am Umfang- wie am Boden mit Rippen versah und über den rippenbesetzten Teil des Zylinders eine Haube herübersetzte, durch die Kühlluft hindurchgeblasen wurde. Erfindungsgemäß wird das dadurch erreicht, daß der Zylinder, in einem rohrförmigen Luftführungsmantel an einem Bund in Höhe des Bodens gelagert, durch eine über die Bodenrippen gelegte Platte mit in bekannter Weise am Kurbelgehäuse befestigten Zugbolzen gegen den Bund gepreßt wird. Bei dieser Anordnung werden also Teile, die der Lagerung oder Befestigung des.
