Description
Laufrad für eine Wasserturbine mit radialer Ein- und Ausströmung am Radumfang und freiem Durchgang durch die Radtrommel Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Laufrad für eine Wasserturbine mit radialer Ein-und Ausströmung am Radumfang und freiem Durchgang durch die Radtrommel, deren Seiten- und Zwischenwände durch volle Radscheiben gebildet werden, in welche man die Radschaufeln am besten einschweißt. Infolge der beiderseits geschlossenen Bauweise dieser Räder beschränkte man sich bisher auf Festschweißen und Nachrichten der Schaufelung in den Grenzen ihrer Zugänglichkeit von außen her. Ihre wechselseitige Beaufschlagung und Inanspruchnahme läßt es indessen notwendig erscheinen, diese Maßnahmen auch auf der Innenseite der Schaufelung vornehmen zu können und erfordert daher, das Trommelinnere zugänglich zu machen. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß man das Laufrad durch Teilung der Radseiten- und Zwischenwände in einer durch das Radmittel gehenden Teilfuge zweiteilig macht. Durch diese Teilung des Rades in zwei Hälften durch die Nabe erreicht man im Gegensatz zu der bereits z. B. bei Dampfturbinen bekannten bloßen segmenriveisen Schaufelkranzteilung neben dem Hauptzweck der Bearbeitbarkeit von innen her zugleich den bekannten Vorteil geteilter Räder im allgemeinen, welcher darin besteht, daß sie leicht mit der Welle verbunden und von ihr getrennt werden können, ohne daß die Welle aus den Lagern genommen werden muß. Außerdem ermöglicht die Zweiteilung, die Radhälften ohne schwierige Kernformen gegebenenfalls auch zu gießen. In den Fig. i, 2 und 3 der Zeichnung ist ein Laufrad mit den Merkmalen gemäß der Erfindung dargestellt.
