Description
Die Erfindung betrifft: die bekannten Kraftfahrzeugbremsen für hydraulische und mechanische Bedienung, bei denen ein Spreizdaumen in einem hydraulischen Bremszylinder ange-5 ordnet ist und auf die Bremskolbeii einwirkt. Die Erfindung will die Aufgabe lösen, die Nachstellung der Bremsen zu ermöglichen, ohne daß ein Abbau des ganzen Rades erforderlich ist. Bekanntlich nutzen die nach vorn gerichteten Bremsbacken sich schneller ab als die hinten liegenden, so daß nach einiger Zeit die Handbremse gegen Vorwärtsbewegung unwirksam wird. Diese ungleichmäßige Abnutzung der Bremsbacken läßt sich erfindungsgemäß dadurch ausgleichen, daß zwischen dem Spreizdaumen und den Kolben auswechselbare Druckbolzen eingesetzt sind und die Daumenwelle von der Außenseite des Rades herausziehbar ist, so daß die Druckbolzen leicht zugänglich werden. Der Bremszylinder ist zu diesem.Zweck mit einer entsprechend weiten Öffnung versehen, die durch einen Schraubstopfen verschließbar ist. den Kolben Drucköl zugeführt, so werden die Kolben auswärts gedrückt und die Bremsbacken
19 an die Bremstrommel angepreßt.
Zwischen den Kolben 11, 12 sitzt der Spreizdaumen 20, dessen Welle 20° in einem
Ansatz des Bremszylinders auf der Innenseite des Rades gelagert ist. Die Lagerbüchse 34
ist gegen den Druckraum 13 durch eine Gummimanschette 35 abgedichtet. Der Spreizdaumen
20 liegt bei loser Bremse an den Druckbolzen 21, 22 an, die in den Kolben 11,
12 mittels der Zapfen 23, 24 auswechselbar eingesetzt sind. Bei einer Drehung der Welle
20« werden daher die Kolben wieder auswärts gedrückt und die Bremsbacken 18, 19 wirksam.
