Ringing device on knitting and border knitting machines with rotating
Cylinder Such ring devices are known, but it is repeated in the
known designs use the same device at every job.
werden, was Sperrklinken o. dgl. erspart. Der Schaltteil für die Klemmvorrichtung
ist dabei ebenfalls am Nadelträger angeordnet. The subject matter of the present invention looks at a rotating needle carrier,
for example on the needle cylinder, a single holder at a suitable point
before, on which parts of the device, specifically those are attached which
the most expensive are, namely the switching parts that act on the individual thread levers.
These parts of the device are then only necessary once for the machine and
are operated by the voter available at every job. Furthermore, the
Ringler itself is even more simplified in that it allows the selected thread lever
is held in its position that the hubs of all thread levers are clamped together
be what pawls o. The like. Spares. The switching part for the clamping device
is also arranged on the needle carrier.
wieder in Arbeit kommt.
The device is shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, for example, namely: FIG. 1 shows a front view of a curler (development), FIG. 2 shows the outline of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows the switch on the cylinder in the rest position, in front view, without Ringler, Fig. q. the side view to FIG. 3, FIG. 5 the switch with ringler in the engaged position, FIG. 6 a further position of the switch to the ringler. A shaft 2 is attached to a bearing i (in the exemplary embodiment on the disc or top lock), on which the thread levers 3 are mounted on the one hand and on which the clamping device for the thread levers is also seated on the other, namely the clamping lever 9 with its pitch 5. This gradient runs on a pin 7 which is screwed into a bush 6 offset on axis 2. The clamping lever 9 is rotated by a spring 8; this is suspended from a bolt ii which is attached to a bearing io. The springs for the individual thread levers also hang on the same bolt ii. To rotate the thread levers into their working position, these have lugs 13. The clamping lever also has such a but shorter lug 12. The thread levers guide the thread 16 in a known manner via the thread guide 14 to the needles 15. The raised fader levers at rest brought their thread into some kind of clamp with scissors, where it was held in place until it came back to work. This ringler described so far is attached to every work station, as is the selector 17 visible in FIGS. 3 to 6. The latter is, for example, slidably arranged on pins 18 which are stuck in a bearing 19. This bearing is screwed to a stationary part of the machine, for example to the lock 30. The switch mentioned runs between the ringler and the selector during the cylinder rotation, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6. According to the invention, a needle carrier of the machine, for example the cylinder, is provided with an attachment 22. A bearing is screwed onto this for a bolt ä-5. The individual switches 26a to 26d and the trigger 27 for the clamping lever 9 rest on this bolt. This trigger has a pin 28 which reaches through the slots 29 of the switches -6a to 26,1 . With this pin he makes the lifting movement with each individual switch by being carried along by the lower edge of the slots 29. The trigger 2; is designed so that it leaves the nose 12 of the clamping lever 9 sooner than the switches 26 "to 26d leave the lNTasen 13 of the thread lever.
an ihm vorbeilaufen, betätigt. The way it works is as follows: Should a job be with
if you keep your previously working thread, the voter 17 remains in his in
Fig. Q. drawn rest position, in which he does not have any of the Sehalter 26 "to 26d, the
walk past him, actuated.
However, if a thread is to be changed, then the selector 17 is moved by any known pattern device by means of pull rod 2o in the direction of the arrow aq. And brought into the path of that individual switch which acts on the desired thread lever. Fig. 5 shows the process, and it is assumed that the thread lever 3d is to be selected. Accordingly, the selector 17 must be brought into the path of the individual switch 26a. When the switch then passes through at the job in question, the individual switch 26.1 rises to the selector, while the trigger 27 is raised with the help of the pin 28: The individual switch 2Gd now rotates the thread lever 3d on the nose 13.1 so that this comes into the work situation. The trigger 27 then moves the clamping lever 9 by bumping against the nose 12. This releases the clamped thread lever by its incline 5 leaving the pin 7, so that the thread lever which has been working up to now is released by its spring q. can be pulled in rest position. The newly selected thread lever 3d is held by the individual switch 26d until the trigger 27 has released the clamping lever 9 and the latter has clamped the thread lever again. This position is shown in FIG. Now the individual switch 26d can leave the nose 13d. In the meantime, an arbitrarily designed clamp and scissors have clamped and cut the thread coming out of work and released the new thread which was caught by the needles as soon as the thread lever 3d swung down.
This process is repeated accordingly at each job,
as often as a thread should be changed.
As can be seen from the description, the thread change takes place with respect to
of the scope of goods always in the same place, namely where on the cylinder the
Switch is attached. The goods therefore only contain one terminal or transition point
the extent. This is achieved without a special gear or the like. Simply because
part of the entire device attached to a part of the machine that is already rotating
is. With an appropriate design, the switching device could also be on the needle plate
attached without changing the essence of the invention.
