Die Feinheit des Korns braucht dann nicht so groß zu sein; statt dessen ist es zweckmäßig, mit möglichst einheitlichen Korngrößen zu arbeiten, weil bei Verwendung verschiedener Korngrößen die kleineren Körner die Zwischenräume zwischen den großen ausfüllen und so zur Bildung unerwünschter Berührungsflächen beitragen. Es sind dieselben Fälle denkbar, die in dem Hauptpatent beschrieben wurden, nur daß die aus feinem Korn aufzubauenden Bestandteile des Leuchtkörpers gleichzeitig poröse Struktur erhalten. Die porösen Schichten können entweder eine ganz lockere Struktur haben, etwa die eines leicht .abwischbaren Belages; sie können aber auch zu :einem fest zusammenhaltenden Körper gesintert sein.
