An diesen Platten
Device for conveying in blind shafts The invention aims a
Design of the device for conveying in blind shafts according to patent 542 369,
in which conveying vessels attached to an endless propellant are carried by an in
Passed through the shaft arranged below the feed point of the material to be conveyed
and are loaded here with the material to be conveyed, in such a way that the treatment of the material to be conveyed
at the loading point and at the unloading point is even gentler than before what
especially when conveying fragile bulk goods such as hard coal,
It is of concern to reduce the amount of lump coal produced by the transport whenever possible
not to decrease. For this purpose, conveying vessels are known per se
Way provided on the endless conveyor chain hinged plates. On these plates
are now according to the invention, so that the good on its conveying path no friction and no
Abrasion on the inner lock wall suffers when standing at an acute angle to the plates
Rear walls arranged, which the cargo from the 'lock rear wall entirely or at least
keep away for the most part. A
gentle discharge of the same by an inevitable guidance of the flaps in this way
can be achieved that the K1appien swing only gradually, while they have hitherto
are suddenly released in the case of such conveyors at the discharge point and as a result
suddenly swivel down and accordingly the conveyed goods with a corresponding
Bring shock to discharge. So now, despite the inevitable length of the endless
Propellant of the flaps and the resulting post-tensioning of the propellant
the distance between the pivot axis of the propellant and the rattle guide at the discharge point
remains unchanged, - instead of the otherwise usual guide wheel, there is a stationary one
Slideway provided and assigned to the tensioning device of the upper deflection point.

upper part of one embodiment in side view and top view, Fig.3

In the present case, endless chains k serve as conveying vessels
pivotally mounted flaps m, the length of which is dimensioned so that they are in the
Lock e of the blind shaft in the position shown at an angle
place.
The dimensional relationships of the flaps m with respect to the lock and with respect to
their linkage to the chains h. is also made such that in Fig.
i position shown in dashed lines, in which .the flaps at the task point
the conveyed goods n or their sliding surface o fall down, theirs facing the conveyed goods
Edge is lower than its point of articulation on the chains, so that the flap
towards the inside of the shaft rises obliquely and the conveyed goods that fall to it in this inclined position
must rise accordingly on the flap inwards and upwards; this will
the falling movement of the material to be conveyed is appropriately absorbed on the flaps. the
Flaps m have a rear wall r standing at an oblique angle to them, through which
all or most of the conveyed goods on the flaps are removed from the rear wall
@ the lock is kept away; this reduces the friction of the conveyor
reduced on the lock back wall, and for the purpose of a further reduction of this
Friction are useful on the chains behind or near their joints sliding bodies
p arranged; through those flap rear walls r is also an abrasion of the
the flaps stored conveyed goods on the lock rear wall prevented.
Between the Fördergutzubringevorrichtüng g and the lock c is
an inclined grate surface is arranged, which has the effect that 'when the material to be conveyed slides
The finer goods are separated from the coarser goods over this grate and
on a sliding surface located below the grate surface o and more steeply inclined
o 'falls to a next-most distant flap in each case.
At the lower turning point of the endless conveyor, as shown in Fig.
3 illustrates a guide surface s attached in relation to the m in such a way that
the flaps m at the reversal point can only slowly swing out, so that the
at this point only gradually and gently onto the sliding surface
s is delivered, which in turn forwards it to trolleys or the like. At the
At the reversal point, the endless chains h slide over a sliding guide t, which is not height-adjustable
is; rather, in the present case, the tensioning device for the chain is on
the upper reversal point arranged so that the distance between the chains and thus the guide
of the flaps m of which the guide surface s is not at the lower reversal point
changes.
