Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Neuerung an Schirmschiebern, welche die Feststellung dieses Schirmtheiles in seinen Endstellungen bei aufgespanntem bezw. zusammengeklapptem Schirmdach in eigenartiger Weise und ohne den Schirmstock durch die bekannten Schlitze zur Aufnahme der federnden Schnepper zu schwächen, gestattet.The subject of the present invention is a novelty to screen sliders, which the detection this umbrella part in its end positions with opened bezw. folded Umbrella canopy in a peculiar way and without the umbrella stick through the known slots for receiving the resilient snapper to weaken, allowed.

Die Feststellung des Schirmschiebers am Stock erfolgt mittelst des drehbar an der Aufsenseite der Hülse α gelagerten Excenters b, welches mit einer Handhabe c versehen ist. Der von der Drehungsachse am weitesten entfernte Theil des Excenters kann durch einen Schlitz d in das Innere der Hülse α treten, wobei der Schirmstock vermöge einer kleinen Aussparung e in demselben, in welche sich eine dem Excenter gerade gegenüber befindliche Nase f legt, unverrückbar mit der Hülse α verbunden wird. Wie aus den Fig. 2 und 5 hervorgeht, hat die Hülse α einen gröfseren lichten Durchmesser als der Stock, so dafs bei gelöstem Excenter die Hülse bequem auf dem Stock verschoben werden kann. Hierbei nimmt die Handhabe des Excenters die in den Fig. 1 und 3 gezeichnete Stellung ein, während ein Umlegen derselben in die in den Fig. 4 und 6 gezeichnete Lage das Festklemmen der Hülse λ am Stock veranlafst. Wird die Handhabe des Excenters in die Lage Fig. 1 gebracht, so hebt sich die Hülse α mit ihrer Nase f von selbst aus der Aussparung e. Es wird dies Herausheben durch die Rückwirkung der von den elastischen Schirmstangen beeinflufsten Hülse a bei Aufhebung des Excenterdruckes veranlafst. Selbstverständlich kann der Stock auch in der Nähe des Griffes eine Aussparung haben, um die Hülse auch dort feststellen zu lassen. Es empfiehlt sich, über den Aussparungen im Stock, falls derselbe von Holz ist, entsprechend ausgesparte Metallplättchen anzubringen, damit eine Vergröfserung der Aussparungen bei längerem Gebrauch vermieden wird. Auch da, wo das Excenter gegen den Stock drückt, empfiehlt sich die Anbringung einer Metallplatte oder einer den Stock umschliefsenden Metallhülse.
