Description
Regeneration device for rainwater with one above the same arranged collecting container The invention relates to a recovery device for Steam boiler. This device provides the connection between two containers, from which one is temporarily under higher pressure than the other, whereby the valve should be kept closed, while after the higher pressure has dropped in the a container to open the recovery device again.
This case occurs, for example, when the rainwater a heater by means of a special device back into the. Boiler fed back shall be. So far, this has been done in such a way that the rainwater is in a recuperator can be collected and a heating device through a float device turns on in the water area of the device, then by the resulting pressure increase the rainwater is fed back into the boiler. Here it is necessary that the inflow of rainwater is shut off during heating and opens again automatically after the end of the feedback.
In particular, the invention relates to a regenerative device for rainwater with a collecting tank arranged above it, the one with the regenerator through an opening provided with a locking device is in connection and in which a swimmer influenced by the precipitation water it is provided that when a certain filling is reached the emergence of a Causes overpressure in the collecting tank.
Similar devices have been proposed, however the disadvantage showed that the necessary switchings were transmitted by means of a linkage became,. The invention discloses a Rüekspeise., Device in which the control the water inlet and the steam outlet at the same time without any actuation of the rods is achieved.
The new exists according to the. Invention is that the termination device from a. there is a funnel-shaped, hollow valve, with its lower cylindrical Part slides in a laterally perforated cylindrical sleeve and when lifting closes the side openings of the sleeve. This is where the valve stem comes in its upper end has a narrow opening, which constantly contains the collecting tank with the return feeder connects.
The idea of the invention is shown in the drawing. It means io a collecting space for the rainwater, while the space ii is heated by a radiator (not shown) in order to then feed the rainwater that has flowed there into the boiler in a known manner by means of the pressure increase caused by evaporation. The collecting container io and the recuperator ii are connected to one another by means of a valve 12 specially designed according to the invention, namely the valve 12 moves with an annular sealing surface 13 within a cylinder 1q. Which is specially welded or screwed to the housing has openings 15 which establish a connection between the collecting container io and then return feed ii. A valve seat 16 is also provided. The valve is also guided by a guide ring 18 carried by ribs 17. The shaft of the valve 19 is pierced in the middle and has only a small throttle opening 2o at its upper end. If steam is now generated in the feedback by switching on the heating element, this steam presses against the lower valve surface of the valve 12 and raises it. As a result, the holes 15 are closed and the connection from the feed back to the collecting container is interrupted at this point. However, there is still a connection through the small throttle opening 2o. This can be kept so small that the steam escaping through it represents practically no loss. Since there is also a fairly low temperature in the collecting container at the same time, most of the steam is precipitated again. Through the. Overpressure in the feed back ii, the non-return valve (not shown) in the drain line is opened and the rainwater is pressed into the boiler. After the water has drained, the heating of the recovery boiler, e.g. B. switched off by a float; a small amount of steam continues to escape through the opening 2o, so that a pressure equalization between the collecting tank and the recuperator can occur. From a certain point in time on, rainwater will then flow down through the opening 2o after it has been fed back, and then there will immediately precipitate steam. Thus, the pressure in the feed back drops so far that the valve 12 falls and the openings 15 for the rainwater again open. In order to carry out adjustment or fine adjustment, the valve can be loaded in a known manner by a spring.
The valve can analogously be used wherever An automatic opening stops an increase in pressure within a boiler of the one valve is to be used.
