Kopfbänderung für Gasschutzmasken Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kopfbänderung
für Gasschutzmasken mit in ihrer Länge mittels Schieberschnallen einstellbaren Bändern.
Bei bekannten Kopfbänderungen dieser Art besteht jedes Kopfband meist aus einem
einfachen gewebten Band, dessen eines Ende mit einem am Maskenrand befestigten elastischen
Band verbunden ist und dessen anderes Ende als Schleife durch eine an der Kopfbänderung
befestigte Üse gezogen und am mittleren Steg einer gewöhnlichen Schieberschnalle
befestigt ist, durch die das gewebte Band hindurchgezogen ist. Bei diesen Kopfbänderunger_
lassen sich indessen die einzelnen Kopfbänder nur bis zur Hälfte des gewebten Bandes

eines jeden Kopfbandes aus einem durch eine Schieberschnalle hindurchgeführten Doppelband
besteht, das an seinem einen Ende als Schleife durch eine an der Kopfbänderung befestigte
Öse hindurchgezogen ist und an seinem ,anderen Ende mit den beiden freien Bandenden

nur die halbe Zugkraft aufgenommen wird und somit nur die halbe Zugkraft das Einzelband,
das die Schlinge bildet, aus der Schnalle herauszuziehen sucht. Bei einem einfachen
Band dagegen, das an der Schnalle eine zur Einstellung der Bandlänge dienende Schlinge
bildet, wird die gesamte Zugkraft von dem einfachen Band aufgenommen, und eine Verstellung
des Bandes unter der Wirkung der Zugkraft kann daher leichter eintreten.

so daß es neben der Schnalle eine Schlinge i bildet. Die Schlinge
i kann durch eine an der Bänderung befestigte Schlaufe h festgelegt
werden. Wie aus Abb. a hervorgeht, läßt sich das Doppelband d nahezu bis auf die
