bewerkstelligt.Air set stove, the setting surface of which consists of a horizontal circumferential
Sieve belt consists There are air sets in which the set hearth is fixed
and the setting surface has a certain slope. A pulsating flow of air is accomplished
the actual setting process. Due to the inclination, the material to be processed is transported
enables. In the known air cookers, which perform a shaking movement
and working with a constant air flow, the transport is made by the shaking movement
accomplished.
Stau abrutscht.Air treatment stoves are also known in which a horizontal
The surrounding grid serves as a carrier for the load. Only the spec. severe
Components discharged from the grid, while the spec. lighter goods through the

The present invention represents a hurried air cooker, its setting surface
consists of a horizontal circulating sieve belt and in which the setting work
is done by a pulsating air flow.
i angebracht, welche das Band festhalten.
anlegt. Der Teill des Austrages läßt sich durch den Hebel o um den Drehpunkt m schwingen;
The advantages of the subject of the invention over the known devices are that the discharge of the set layers in the transport direction of the tape takes place without any shaking movement or inclination of the set carrier. The sieve belt is divided into feed, settling and discharge zones, with the air flowing through only the settling zone. The settling material arrives in the loading zone and is brought into the settling zone in complete calm relative to the band, so that blowers and tearing open the settling bed at the beginning of the settling bed are avoided. The material to be set is distributed evenly over the entire setting zone, which also avoids the so-called blowers. After the setting process has ended, the material to be set passes into the discharge zone, through which the air does not flow, so that the set material lies completely still and so the spec. light layer can be cut off by the discharge device. Another advantage can be seen in the fact that the output can largely be adapted to the conveyance, ie the output can be regulated by changing the belt speed. The drawing shows the set hearth in section. The actual setting area is divided into three zones, namely a feed, b set and c discharge zone. The sieve belt d runs over the guide rollers e and f. The feed hopper g is arranged between the guide rollers e and f at the feed zone a. In order to prevent the sieve belt from oscillating with the pulsating air flow, which passes through the air guide box 1t under the setting zone b , electromagnets i are attached to the setting zone b, which hold the belt in place. The material to be processed comes from the bunker g via the zones a, b, c of the belt to the discharge, which consists of the two parts k and Z. At this point, the separation and the application of the spec. heavier parts. The part is stored in the pivot point m. The scraper tt is also attached at the pivot point m in such a way that it rests against the sieve belt by spring force. The part of the discharge can be swung around the pivot point m by means of the lever o; This has the effect that if material sticks between parts l and k, it can be removed during operation by moving the lever a by widening the passage. At the top of part k sits the two-part, hinged tongue gr. At the end, part r is guided in a guide t. In the drawing, the lowest position of the tongue is indicated by dotted lines. The discharge of the spei. heavy parts takes place on the lower part of the walls k, L by a swing chute.
