Claims (13)

1. Monoklonaler Antikörper, der spezifisch mit aktivem Humancaeruloplasmin reagiert, der die Peroxidaseaktivität von aktivem Humancaeruloplasmin durch die Bindung daran neutralisiert und der nicht spezifisch mit inaktivem Humancaeruloplasmin reagiert.
2. Monoklonaler Antikörper nach Anspruch 1, der ein monoklonaler Antikörper CP4 ist, der durch Hybridom CP4 (FERM BP-4145) produziert wird.
3. Verfahren zum Nachweis oder zur quantitativen Bestimmung von aktivem Humancaeruloplasmin das umfaßt: Durchführen eines Immunoassays unter Verwendung der spezifischen Bindungsreaktion zwischen dem genannten monoklonalen Antikörper nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 mit aktivem Humancaeruloplasmin.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, worin das genannte Immunoassay durch ein Sandwich-ELISA durchgeführt wird.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, worin ein Antikörper, der spezifisch mit beiden, dem aktiven und dem inaktiven Humancaeruloplasmin reagiert, als primärer Antikörper verwendet wird, und der genannte monoklonale Antikörper nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 als sekundärer Antikörper verwendet wird.

Verfahren zum Diagnostizieren der Wilsonschen Krankheit, daß umfaßt: Quantitatives Bestimmen des aktiven Humancaeruloplasmins in einer menschlichen Körperflüssigkeit durch ein Immunoassay unter Verwendung der spezifischen Bindungsreaktion zwischen dem genannten monoklonalen Antikörper nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 mit dem aktivem Humancaeruloplasmin, das in der genannten Körperflüssigkeit enthalten ist.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, worin das aktive Humancaeruloplasmin-Niveau in der genannten Körperflüssigkeit nicht mehr als 5 mg/dl beträgt.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, worin das genannte Immunoassay durch ein Sandwich-ELISA durchgeführt wird.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, worin ein Antikörper, der spezifisch mit beidem, dem aktiven und inaktiven Humancaeruloplasmin reagiert, als primärer Antikörper verwendet wird, und der genannte monoklonale Antikörper nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 als sekundärer Antikörper verwendet wird.
10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, worin der genannte primäre Antikörper ein monoklonaler Antikörper CP3 ist, der durch Hybridom CP3 (FERM BP-4133) produziert wird, und der genannte sekundäre Antikörper ein monoklonaler Antikörper CP4 ist, der durch Hybridom CP4 (FERM BP-4145) produziert wird.
11. Hybridom, der den monoklonalen Antikörper nach Anspruch 1 produziert.
12. Hybridom CP4 (FERM BP-4145), der den monoklonalen Antikörper nach Anspruch 1 produziert.
13. Verwendung des genannten monoklonalen Antikörpers nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 als Diagnostikum für die Wilsonsche Krankheit.
