Description

Vorrichtung zur Ausübung dgs Verfahrens zum Prüfen von Metallen, insbesondere von geschweißten Werkstücken, durch Biegen von Probestäben Im Hauptpatent ist dargelegt, welche Bedingungen erfüllt sein müssen, wenn ein Biegeversuch verwertbar sein soll. In den Abb. i bis 3 ist eine Vorrichtung schematisch dargestellt, mit der das im Hauptpatent gekennzeichnete Prüfverfahren ausgeübt werden kann, die den gestellten Anforderungen entspricht und sich praktisch bewährt hat. Abb. i zeigt die Vorrichtung in Ansicht, und zwar vor Beginn des Biegens, undAbb. 2 den dazugehörigen. Grundriß. In Abb. 3 ist dieselbe Vorrichtung wie in Abb. i dargestellt, je- doch nach dem Biegen der Probe um i8o°. Mit i und 2 sind Hebelarme bezeichnet, an denen mit Hilfe der Klemmbügel 3 und 4, die beliebig ausgeführt werden können, die Biegeprobe 5 befestigt ist. Die Hebelarme sind knieförmig gehalten, damit die Probestäbe unter Berücksichtigung der Rückfederung vollständig um i8o° gebogen werden können. Die Lagen der Biegeachsen der freien Schenkel des Probestabes sind mit 6 und 7 bezeichnet. Diese müssen, wie im Hauptpatent dargelegt ist, senkrecht zur Biegerichtung auf der Verlängerung der Mittellinien der eingespannten Stabenden in einem Abstand von X StabmeBlänge voneinander liegen.
