die Vergrößerung bei gleicher Bildweite dieselbe ist.V `table device for observing the eye iris P The invention relates to
a further development of the device for observing the eye iris according to patent 604 142
and consists in the fact that the lens facing the eye of the external observer in the
Center is ground flat and that behind the opposite lens there is an auxiliary lens
can be plugged in for external observation in such a way that for self and external observation
the magnification is the same for the same image width.
. A (Fig. I) ist das
selbstbeobachtende Auge.In the drawing, Fig.I shows the device in a side view during self-observation,
Fig. II the same in the side view with external observation. . A (Fig. I) is that
self-observing eye.
a einen abklappbar angeordneten Spiegel d.
d,
Weise in dieselbe virtuelle Ebene gebracht, wodurch beide Bilder gleichzeitig klar
zu erkennen sind. The expediently shaped body a carries a plano-convex lens b and c at both ends, one of which; c, is also ground flat in the middle on the convex side, so that it does not increase the size of the part of the flat ground c1 (FIG. II). On the side intended for self-observation, the body a carries a fold-down mirror d. Two different skates e and f are arranged in a one-way and interchangeable manner within the air space between the two lenses b and c. The scale f bears the biconvex lens g in the middle. During self-observation, the mirror d is folded against the plane side of the lens b and thus covers the center of the same in the size of the plane cut cl of the lens c. The scale e is inserted on the side facing away from the lens. The self-observing eye A (Fig. I) looks partly through lens b into mirror d, from which the light beam goes back through lens b to the eye, so that the magnifying effect of lens b appears twice, and partly it sees over the edge of the mirror d through the outer part of the lens b onto the scale e, which is magnified only once by the lens b. The differently enlarged images of the iris on the one hand and the scale on the other hand are brought into the same virtual plane in this way, whereby both images can be clearly recognized at the same time.
In the case of external observation, the observing eye B (FIG. II) looks at the observed eye A. The mirror is removed from the lens b and the scale e removed. The scale f with the lens g is inserted on the side facing the eye A within the cavity between the two lenses b and c so that the optical axis of the lens g coincides with the optical axis of the lens b. During external observation in this way, eye B sees on the one hand through the non-magnifying center c1 of lens c and through the interacting lenses g and b; on the other hand, eye B sees through the magnifying edge of lens c on the scale, f, its image with to the . enlarged images of flight A in a plane appear. The magnification and also the image distance is just as large in this external observation as in the self-observation, if the eye A is at the same distance from the lens b during the self-observation as the eye B is from the lens c during the external observation.
