Abstract

The assembly has a gripping handle (26) which is connected to a metallic ring (20). This package comprises a metal ring provided with an outer rim crimped onto a body and an inner rim defining an opening for access inside the package. This ring carries a handle made of wire, which has curved ends which are immobilized by insertion between the inner edge and a central part of the ring. The ends are circumferentially and radially secured by bosses disposed on the ring while remaining rotatable about a hinge axis of the handle.

This packaging has the following disadvantages:

Also document FR-A-2 804 092 describes a packaging arrangement.

This arrangement comprises a metal ring and a plastic handle.

The invention has for its object to overcome the disadvantages presented and to propose an arrangement for packaging, which is both inexpensive to produce and comfortable to handle and also has a stable connection of the handle to the metal ring.

For this purpose, the invention has an arrangement for the purpose defined in claim 1. In this arrangement, the handle is connected to a plastic ring which is crimped axially onto the metal ring.

According to particular embodiments of the invention, the arrangement may have one or more of the characteristics enumerated in the dependent claims 2 to 10.

Furthermore, the invention aims at a packaging comprising such an arrangement as defined below.
