Joint, especially for collapsible rescue stretcher The object
The present invention is a new hinge for collapsible rescue stretcher,
the jaws of which have opposing radial teeth and on its with
one or more lugs are arranged on the washers firmly connected to the hinge pin,
which prevent the teeth from disengaging as long as the lugs are not
face the recesses located on the joint jaws.

der Gelenkbacke i angeordneten Ausnehmungen i o befinden (Fig. i und 2).
The individual spar parts 2o, 21 are specially designed joints
connected to one another, the joint jaws 1, 2 of which have teeth 3 which press against one another
the joint jaws 1, 2 can be brought into engagement. The hinged jaws 1, 2
store rotatably on the bolt 5, with which the disks 6, 7 are firmly connected
are. These disks are sufficiently far apart so that the joint jaws
can be rotated when the teeth 3 are out of engagement. The disc 6 carries
two provided with inclined side surfaces 8 lugs 9, which prevent the
Teeth 3 disengage as long as the lugs 9 are outside of the in the outside
the hinge jaw i arranged recesses i o are (Fig. i and 2). The disc
7 has an arm i i, with the help of which it together with the bolt 5 and the washer
6 can be rotated in the direction of arrow b until the lugs 9 in
the recesses i o come to rest. Two opposite each other on the stretcher
Arms ii are connected to one another by cross pieces 12, so that both discs
7 can be operated together. To the joint jaws 1, 2 automatically from each other
to remove, either a conical coil spring 13 between the same
be arranged (Fig, q.), or a pin i4 (Fig. 3) is fastened to the bolt 5,
the ends of which when the bolt 5 is rotated over the inclined contact surfaces 15 of the insert

3, 3 of the same disengage; once this is the case, the jaws can
1, 2 are rotated against each other. On the stumps. 1 7 of the joint jaws i, 2 are
for example, the stretcher beam parts 2o, 21 attached. The woodruff spring i9 (Fig.
2) prevents the joint from shaking.
