Abstract

The mixer tap comprises a tap body (1) with water outlet (7) an actuator unit to set or vary the volume and-or the temperature of the outflowing water and a handgrip (9) connected to the unit. An outlet (30) for an additive such as liquid soap, opens in the area of the water outlet. An actuator for soap dispensation is controlled by the handgrip. The handgrip may be operated in three different stages. A first stage is for water volume adjustment, a second stage for temperature adjustment, and a third stage to trigger soap discharge. The soap discharge actuator uses a mechanical pump (27) which is triggered by compression.
