Machine for the wet treatment of fabrics. The subject at hand
Invention forms a machine for the wet treatment of fabrics in the running web
with a horizontal roller arrangement, as it is particularly suitable for dyeing with indanthrene,
Hydron, naphthol and sulfur inks should be used.
Man
The previously known wide dyeing machines have the disadvantage that the
tissue to be treated between the individual impregnation and squeezing processes
comes into contact with the oxygen in the air, so that with certain colors a premature
Oxidation of the dye on the fabric occurs. This oxidation is still more frequent
favored by the fact that the fabric with the air in it enters the liquor
immersed, because then there is insufficient ventilation of the tissue before entering
the fleet takes place. Furthermore, the way of the known wide dyeing machines
Tissue by the liquor bath usually much too short, so that the dye uptake at
Such machines with only one or two pinch points: is not enough. Man
was therefore forced to either repeat the fabric on this foulard several times
to treat, or the tissues had to be jiggled with a larger one
Number of passages to be treated. So up to now one has not had the possibility of indanthrene,
Flawlessly dyeing hydron, sulfur, etc. in one go. On the other hand are
Already wide dyeing machines with a very large liquor container and long zigzag-shaped ones
Known tissue passages (indigol: üpen etc.). But these are not for the ones listed
Purposes, because of their extraordinarily large liquor baths, usable.
The wide dyeing machine according to the present invention enables
on the other hand, dyeing with the expensive indanthrene, hydron etc. colors for the smallest
Liquor ratio and application of many pinch points under the liquor.
In order to save as much as possible on the expensive dyes and not useless
To have to prepare large dye baths, it is advantageous to use the liquor room as much as possible
to keep it small. According to the invention, the nip rollers are therefore largely within
of the liquor trough arranged so that they act as displacement bodies at the same time,
which leaves only a relatively small space for the fleet. The mesh
is managed in such a way. that it was just before entering the fleet in itself known
Way is thoroughly deaerated by squeezing it off during the whole dyeing process
does not come into the air and remains permanently below the level of the fleet. So that
Tissue does not rest on one side of the squeegee rollers for a long time, as this causes the
Dye uptake would be uneven, it would touch these nip rollers
only at the pinch points
yourself. In this way it is possible
Flawlessly dyeing fabrics with the aforementioned colors in one go.
In the drawing, such a machine for wet treatment of fabrics in the running web is shown in the scheme. The fabric is designated with t1 - and the elongated liquor trough with H. The first squeegee roller C mounted in the liquor trough is optionally assigned an upper roller β. The pinch point of these two rollers is then very close to the level of the liquor. If necessary, the fabric can be vented here and is then fed to the next pinch point between rollers C and G via the small fabric guide rollers D, E, F. In the same way, the fabric is also passed through the other pinch points of the large-diameter rollers via guide rollers with a smaller diameter, the fabric always moving a relatively long free path through the liquor bath and the dye liquor being able to approach the fabric from both sides evenly and unhindered .
befindet, zur Quetschstelle verhindert, was wiederum jede Fleckenbildung vermeidet.
The number of remaining nip rollers with a large diameter I, K, which are also stored within the liquor trough and also serve as liquor displacers, can be selected as desired. A particularly strong pair of squeezing rollers L, M is arranged at the exit, the squeezing point of which, however, lies very close above the level of the liquor. The upper squeegee roller A1 atn outputs is arranged laterally offset above the lower roller L, in such a way that the upper roller is still slightly immersed in the liquor. In this way, the access of foam, which is usually located on the surface of the liquor, to the pinch point is prevented, which in turn avoids any staining. The dye liquor is continuously fed to the liquor container, in the same ratio as the liquor consumption takes place. However, it is particularly important to ensure that the level of the fleet is always the same. For this .Zwecke an overflow is provided at N on the trough.
