Description
Fesselballone nicht kugeliger, aber sonstCaptive balloons not more spherical, but otherwise
jeglicher Art, insbesondere solche, die mit einem Leitwerk ausgerüstet sind, werden in den meisten Fällen so gefesselt, daß sie durch den Wind nicht nur eine waagerechte, sondern auch eine senkrechte Kraft erfahren, d. h. eineof any kind, especially those that are equipped with a tail unit, are in in most cases so tied up that the wind not only makes them horizontal, but also also experience a perpendicular force, d. H. one
This type of bondage, in which the rigging engages the lower part of the balloon, has a disadvantage that is that in very strong winds, e.g. B. during a storm, the total that is composed of the horizontal and vertical components of the air force reaches a level that is not desirable for the rope because this can not be chosen arbitrarily with regard to the load capacity of the balloon. There is also the fact that the tethered balloon is exposed to a rapidly freshening wind or must plunge into a storm layer when hauling in from a calm layer, where 'it either by the wind scoop devices or other devices, e.g. B. stretch tracks, is not made or held fast enough or insufficiently taut. Here, the front part of the balloon turns inside out and increases the air force by a further measure, so that in most cases the balloon tears off and is driven away by the wind. In order to remedy this disadvantage, according to the concept of the invention, a predetermined breaking point of an otherwise known type, ie a tension element, is inserted into the shackle rope near the fetlock point, which breaks earlier than the shackle rope, and below this predetermined breaking point the shackle rope is the same as a special one strong or at least equally strong rope, which leads with a certain slack to a point of the balloon where the balloon, if it is only held at this point, strives to always adjust itself in the direction of the least air resistance and also none * Suffered 5 dents in case of impact. If the bondage force reaches a certain level, the predetermined breaking point tears through, and the bondage rope is no longer in connection with the bondage point, but with the storm line just discussed, which adjusts the balloon in the direction of the least resistance. As a result, the bondage force drops considerably, and the balloon then does not always stay up, but moves downwards in order to be comfortably recovered on the earth afterwards, convenient because it is now safer in the hands than when it is handled in the other case, when the balloon is not held on the head or in the position described.
It is the A shackle point of a captive balloon, the predetermined breaking point, e α the fetlock rope, and b is the guy line, which enters into operation ,. as soon as the predetermined breaking point A is torn through. V is the position of the storm line as soon as
It is attached to the head of the balloon because the head of the balloon in most cases this is the point through which the balloon is in the slightest position Resistance is brought.
In order to further avoid that the storm line is tightened intermittently as soon as it comes into action, elastic tension elements c can be integrated into it according to a further idea of the invention in such a way that the storm line itself does not experience any interruption, but next to the elastic tension elements with a certain slack runs. The slack does not straighten out suddenly, but gradually, and the force in the shackle rope cannot suddenly swell.
Es ist ferner möglich, z. B. bei bemannten Ballonen, eine Einrichtung zu treffen, wodurchIt is also possible, for. B. in manned balloons to meet a facility whereby
Im letzteren Falle könnte beispielsweise das Fesselseil als elektrische Doppelleitung ausgebildet sein oder eine Doppelleitung in sich tragen.so you can cut through the predetermined breaking point on the shackle rope from the basket at will, to avoid an approaching storm hazard, for example. Instead of the predetermined breaking point, a release device can also be used here be attached. It is also possible to switch the notch to electrical Paths either from the basket or from the rope, d. H. from the earth to operate. In the latter case, for example, the shackle rope could be an electrical double line be designed or carry a double line in itself.
