Gemäß der Erfindung wird dies dadurch erreicht, daß die gewickelten und außen bandagierten Spulen unter Wärme vorgetrocknet, sodann unter Vakuum und Wärme getrocknet und anschließend in Vergußmasse derart kurzzeitig getaucht werden, daß die Vergußmasse eine nur dünne Schicht um die Spulen bildet. Das Umhüllen der Wicklungen mit Vergußrnasse, das z. B. durch Tauchen oder durch Vergießen geschehen kann, erfolgt entweder sofort nach dem Trocknen unter Vakuum noch innerhalb des Vakuumkessels oder anschließend an das Trocknen außerhalb des Kessels. Im letzteren Falle werden die gewickelten und außen bandagierten Ringe in die Übertragerkappen eingelegt und bei offener Kappe unter Wärme vorgetrocknet, sodann unter Vakuum und Wärme getrocknet und anschließend mit Vergußmasse vergossen.The present invention now relates to a method of manufacture of toroidal coils, such as transformers, load coils and the like to avoid the disadvantages mentioned.
