Die besonderen Vorteile eines derart verbesserten Korsetts -sind durch die besondere Ausbildung des als Vorderteil ausgestalteten Leibchens bedingt, und zwar insbesondere dadurch, daß einerseits ein guter Sitz des Korsetts gewährleistet und anderseits infolge der Auswechselbarkeit des Leibchens eine vielseitigereVerwendungsmöglichkeit des Korsetts sichergestellt ist. An einem und demselben Korsett können Leibchen verschiedener Größe und Form angebracht werden. Hierbei darf nicht unberücksichtigt bleiben, daß die mit dem Leibchen überdeckten Körperteile in ihrer Form und Größe in stärkerem Maße sich ändern als die mit dem Korsett umschlossenen Körperteile. Die Ausführung gemäß: der Erfindung schafft die Möglichkeit, mit nur verhältnismäßig wenigen Korsettgrößen allen vorkommenden Körperformen in jeder Beziehung gerecht zu werden.
