Die Erfindung ist auf der Zeichnung an einem Ausführungsbeispiel veranschaulicht. Abb. t zeigt eine ausgetretene Treppenstufe im Schnitt. Die Stufen sind in die auf der Zeichnung nicht dargestellten Wangen eingeschoben. In Abb.2 erscheint die Treppenstufe in der erfindungsgemäßen Weise ausgebessert. Danach ist der Vorstoß b bis nahe an die Setzstufe c entfernt und durch eine entsprechend profilierte Holzleiste e ersetzt, die zweckmäßig aus Hasel- oder Steineichenholz besteht. Die Leiste eist an beiden Seiten in die Treppenwangen eingestemmt und mit der Trittstufe a mittels Kaltleim und verdeckt angeordneten Schrauben/ verbunden. Auf der Unterseite der Leiste e ist schließlich ein Vorsprung g vorgesehen, der die Trittstufe a untergreift und sich gegen die Setzstufe c abstützt, wodurch ,ein vollkommen sicherer Halt der Leiste e gewährleistet wird. Die Trittfläche ist an den ausgetretenen Stellen in bekannter Weise mit @einergeeigneten Masse h, z. B. mit flüssigem Holz oder Asphalt, aufgefüllt und mit einer Linoleumauflage i abgedeckt.
