Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Segmentsäge, d. h. eine Kreissäge, bei der die Zähne an einzelnen Segmenten sitzen, die radial von außen in das Sägenblatt eingesetzt und fest mit ihm verbunden werden. An den radialen Stoßkanten solcher Segmente wurden bisher zur Verhinderung seitlichen Ausweichens Nieten parallel zur Sägenblattachse mit beiderseits versenkten flachen Köpfen eingezogen, deren Achsen in den Stoßkantenebenen liegen. Gemäß der Erfindung soll jedes Nieten an der zum Verhindern der Ausweichung dienenden Sicherung vermieden werden. Dies wird dadurch, erreicht, daß in die beiderseits zylindrisch erweiterten Löcher genau passende Stahlbolzen von entsprechendem H-förmigem Querschnitt eingelegt werden und der letzte Bolzen in der Weise eingebracht wird, daß mehrere der angrenzenden Segmente in den Stoßfugen dicht aneinanderliegend zu beiden Seiten des fraglichen Bolzens gegen diesel nach innen auf ihren Sitz eingeschwenkt werden, worauf erst diese Segmente mit dem Sägenblatt fest verbunden werden.The invention relates to a segment saw, i.
