Description
Amplifier systems cause noise from the vibrations of the filament often result in considerable inconvenience. The one proposed for protection resilient arrangement of the electrode carrier is in many cases not appropriate, especially in the case of an electrode system of large dimensions.
To avoid these disadvantages, protrude in a known manner from a helical coiled wire existing hot cathode according to the invention, the support wires into the hot cathode ends and are of surround the end turns of the cathode so loosely that a slightly rubbing contact arises.
In the figure, an embodiment of the invention is shown. The cathode 4 is formed by a wire spiral attached to nickel wires 14 at the top and bottom and 18, respectively, these wires being thicker than the cathode wire. The wire 14 'is connected to an introduction line in the tubular piston, while a second lead-in line inside the tube along the outside of the anode leads upwards and is provided there with a cross wire to which the wire 18 is attached is. The inner diameter of the wire spiral is about 0.5 mm, with the spiral in the middle is slightly extended, as shown in the illustration. Surrounds the cathode loosely the ends of wires 14 and 18, .the about 0.3 mm in diameter and protrude so far into the cathode coil that a slightly rubbing contact occurs. The ends of the cathode are attached to wires 14 and 18 welded to points 19 and 20. The friction at the ends of the spiral dampens Vibrations very vigorously and prevents the occurrence of microphone noise.
