Auf deh Zeichnungen ist mit i ein Teil des Sargdeckels und mit 2 ein Teil des Sargkastens bezeichnet. Beide Teile greifen mit Schrägkanten 3 ineinander (s. Abb. 3). Der Sargverschluß ist als Drehriegel ausgebildet. Durch den rings um den Sarg vorstehenden Flansch q. greift ein Verschlußbolzen 5, dessen oben hervorstehender Kopf 6 spitz zuläuft, aber mit zwei - seitlichen, schräg nach unten verlaufenden Flügeln 7, 7 versehen ist. Der Bolzen 5 ist durch ein unteres Schloßblech 8 geführt und trägt an seinem unteren, abgeflachten Ende einen gekröpften Handhebel 9, der durch eine Mutter io an dem Bolzen 5 festgehalten wird. Der Hebel 9 kann zwei zueinander rechtwinklige Stellungen einnehmen, die der Geschlossenstellung (Abb.7) und der Offenstellung (Abb.6) des Verschlusses entsprechen. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Nabenteil i i des Hebels 9 mit zwei Sperrzähnen 12 und 13 ausgestattet, die mit einem federnden Schnepper oder Schieber 14 in Eingriff gelangen können. Der Schieber 14 ist mit einem Handknopf 16 -ausgerüstet und besitzt an der Unterseite einen Führungsblock 17. Zwischen dem Schieber 14 und dem Führungsblock 17 sind längliche Einschnürungen vorgesehen, derart, daß der Schieber 14 durch einen Führungsschlitz.iZQ des Schloßbleches 8 greift. Das zugespitzte Ende 15 des Schiebers 14 wirkt als Sperrklinke und liegt in der Offenstellung des Hebels 9 gegen dessen Zahn 13 und in der Geschlossenstellung desselben gegen dessen Zahn 12 an. Auf der Rückseite des Schließbleches 8 sind zwei Stifte i9 und 2o vorgesehen. Um den Stift i9 ist eine Feder i8 gewickelt, die. mit ihrem einen Ende gegen den Stift 2o anliegt, während das andere Ende der Feder i8 in einen Schlitz des Führungsblockes 17 greift. Die Feder 18 ist bestrebt, den Schieber 14 ständig geigen die Nabe i i des Hebels 9 zu drücken, derart, daß beim Umlegen des Hebels 9 der Schieber 14 mittels des Knopfes 16 kurz zurückgezogen und dann wieder losgelassen wird. In den Sargdeckel i ist eine Schließplatte2i eingelassen, die zum Eingriff des Bolzenkopfes 6 eine mittlere runde Öffnung 22 mit zwei seitlichen Schlitzen 23 besitzt. Auf der Innenseite der Platte sind schräge Anzugsflächen 24 ausgearbeitet und ferner Ansätze 25 und 26, die als Anschläge für die Flügel 7 des Bolzenkopfes 6 dienen. .In der Offenlage nehmen die Verschlußteile die Stellung in den Abb. 2 und 4 ein. In der Geschlossenstellung stehen die Flügel ? des Bolzenkopfes 6 senkrecht zu den Schlitzen 23 der Verschlußplatte2i, so daß der Sargdeckel fest gegen den Sargkasten angepreßt ist.
