Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von chemisch trocknenden, basische Pigmente enthaltenden Farben In dem Patent 568 693 ist ein Verfahren beschrieben, nach dem man chemisch trocknende, basische Pigmente und gegebenenfalls Sikkative enthaltende Farben erhält, die infolge des Zusatzes von Hexamethylentetramin beträchtlich schneller trocknen. Darin liegen naturgemäß große Vorteile. Die gegen Staub und Regen sehr empfindlichen, nassen Aufstriche werden diesem ungünstigen Einfluß schneller entzogen; sie härten schneller und besser durch und können eher geschliffen, überlackiert oder weiterbearbeitet werden. Besonders günstig ist es, daß man durch den Zusatz von Hexamethylentetramin mit viel weniger Sikkativ auskommt und so die Lebensdauer der Anstriche, die mit der Höhe des Sikkativgehaltes abnimmt, wesentlich zu erhöhen vermag.Process for the production of chemically drying, basic pigments containing paints The patent 568 693 describes a process according to which one obtains chemically drying, basic pigments and optionally siccatives containing paints which dry considerably faster as a result of the addition of hexamethylenetetramine. Die Beschleunigung ist bei Verwendung von Leinöl, das von Marling allein ohne Pigmentzusatz benutzt wurde, oder von anderen farbkörperfreien Anstrichstoffen äußerst gering, so daß sie schwer wahrnehmbar und praktisch bedeutungslos ist.
