Description
Electric capacitor, its linings connected in series consist of conductive layers, at the edges of which are connected to semiconducting layers In the case of electrical capacitors, one can move to the edges of the series-connected Conductive coverings connect semiconducting layers to this way the field distribution to improve at the edges of the pavement and thus the risk of a breakthrough to the Reduce margins. The semiconducting layers can be the edges of two Connect linings connected one behind the other. But you can only represent a continuation of the pavement edge without being connected to the next pavement to stand. The invention relates to such a capacitor, in which a particularly expedient utilization of the total space occupied by the condenser is achieved especially if this space has a prismatic or cylindrical shape. The capacitor is designed in a manner known per se in such a way that the individual, series-connected conductive coverings of different sizes have in order to force a certain stress distribution in this way. Such Different sized capacitor inserts are, for example, in bushing insulators known.
According to the invention, the linings of the capacitor connected in series have with regard to their conductive layer in per se in capacitors without semiconducting Connection layers are known to have an unequal size with regard to their conductive properties and semiconducting layer together have an equal area.
It is already known per se, in the case of capacitors, in which the individual series-connected conductive coverings of different sizes have or where the edges of the conductive coverings do not face each other, but are staggered against each other, to provide means by the staggering to exploit the dead spaces in the dielectric that arise at the edges of the covering. This means consist in that the pavement edges run according to certain curves, but again the disadvantage arises that at individual points the curves of two neighboring ones Coverings intersect, so that at these points the advantage of the staggering of the covering edges is not observed. At these points there is therefore the risk of a breakdown between two toppings particularly large. In contrast, in the capacitor according to the invention the dead spaces resulting from the staggering of the pavement edges with regard to the actual capacitor layer not used, but they are for accommodating the semiconducting layers adjoining the pavement edges exploited. This avoids the described disadvantage of the known arrangement.
Abb. Fig. Z of the drawing illustrates the previous type of 'execution a feedthrough capacitor, in which the concentric on the outer surface Conductive layers i lying on cylinders are of unequal length in the axial direction, in order to reduce the tension between the individual coverings in this way four uniform. The edges of the individual coverings can still be covered by semiconducting Layers 2 be connected to one another. As one now strives for manufacturing reasons is, the feedthrough capacitor in a cylindrical space with flat end faces one can see that in the arrangement according to Fig. i the room A is not is exploited. Fig. 2 shows the capacitor according to the invention. The senior Layers i occupy the same space in the axial direction as in the arrangement according to fig. i. The semiconducting layers adjoining the conductive layers i Layers 3, however, have such an extension in the axial direction that the total length of conductive and semiconductive layers is the same for all coverings is. This means that space A in Fig. I is used to accommodate the semiconducting layers particularly expediently exploited.
The specific conductivity (per unit area) of the semiconducting One becomes a layer as a result of the unequal area of the individual semiconducting Layers in an advantageous development of the capacitor according to the invention expediently choose different sizes in such a way that for the individual semiconducting Layers have the most favorable conditions in terms of field distribution, heating and total losses result.
The drawing shows the invention on a capacitor with cylindrical Coverings, of course, the invention can also be used with capacitors Use flat or any curved surfaces.
Of course, the invention does not relate solely to pure Capacitors that are used exclusively to generate reactive power, rather on all electrical devices that are built like a capacitor and on which Capacitor effects occur. In particular, the invention also relates to High-voltage bushings with capacitor inserts in the insulation sleeve and on the slot insulation - of electrical machines working with high voltage where the iron of the machine and the slot conductor as the electrodes of a capacitor works.
