Description
Device for uninterrupted conveying of annealed material in industrial furnace construction many designs of annealing furnaces for uninterrupted operation are known, in which the conveying device for the annealing material consists of disc roll stoves or endless Chains and the like.
As these disc rollers or chains take account of the temperatures prevailing in the furnace Are exposed to tooo and more degrees Celsius in continuous operation, so is when using of mild steel or cast iron as a material for the funding a water cooling of the Disc rollers, shafts, chains and the like are absolutely necessary, as the increasing Working temperature in the furnace, the permissible stresses on the materials decrease significantly. To cool the disc rollers, the shafts of the disc rollers are therefore formed, which mostly consist of fluoro iron, as hollow shafts and conducts cooling water through them. In the case of chain conveying, on the other hand, attempts are made to guide the chains in water-cooled ones To protect rails that are embedded in the furnace hearth from excessive heating. These measures probably protect the funding more or less against premature funding Destruction, however, have the thermal disadvantage that by the cooling water a large part of the heat is dissipated unused from the furnace. This not for that Heating the material to be annealed therefore results in a corresponding amount of heat higher fuel consumption of the annealing furnace. The chain promotion still exists Another disadvantage is that the chain at the high oven temperatures one is subject to rapid wear. Since the surfaces of the chains are mostly rough and are uneven, the chain conveyor for sensitive annealing material such. B. thin Deep-drawn sheets, right from the start.
The disc roll stoves, however, still have the disadvantage that each individual disk shaft mostly from a main shaft located outside the furnace is driven by a pair of bevel gears. The bevel gears must here without any Comb play to avoid scratching the surface of the glowing goods.
However, these structural subtleties lead to great expense for driving such annealing furnaces. Finally, it has already been suggested to mount the conveyor rollers on drive shafts running across the furnace.
The present invention relates to a conveyor device for continuously working annealing furnaces, which due to their structural peculiarities any Heat losses, such as through cooling water or convection and radiation losses the funding, avoids and made the operation of the annealing furnace much cheaper. According to the invention, the annealing material passes through the furnace in the furnace hearth arranged conveyor rollers made, but not in your Axis, but by a Krx'ft acting on the circumference of the role, such as. B. by Chain, wire rope or steel band, can be set in rotation. Because the driving force . is moved to the circumference of the conveyor rollers, these are, as a lever arm,. which a torque could not exert, not due to twisting, but rather only stressed on pressure. This makes it possible to make the conveyor rollers from heat-resistant Metal alloys and also from the cheaper chamotte or highly refractory porcelain to manufacture. The great advantage of using chamotte like porcelain is there in the resistance to high temperatures, so the conveyor rollers like The furnace lining can also withstand the high working temperatures in the furnace in continuous operation, without water cooling being necessary. By eliminating cooling water and in that the conveyor rollers do not come into contact with the outside air and thus not able to dissipate any heat, the result is a significantly lower fuel consumption of the annealing furnace compared to other furnace designs.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment shown, namely shows.
Fig. I a longitudinal section through the annealing furnace and Fig. 2 a cross section through the annealing furnace.
The stove a consists of highly refractory chamotte and is only on interrupted the places where the conveyor rollers b, their number depending on the Furnace size is different, can be arranged.
Each roller b, which can be designed in any shape as a disk roller, roller, hollow roller, ball and the like, is held and. The rollers b rest with their weight and the annealing material lying on them on a drive belt d located underneath, which can be a chain, a wire rope, a steel belt and the like. If the drive belt d is set in motion by means of the wheels e and the upper pulling piece of the drive belt d lying under the rollers b is protected against bending by a slide rail f , the rollers b are set in rotation by friction. B. deep drawing sheets g, rests with its weight on the rollers b and generates friction at the contact points of the roller and sheet metal, so that when the rollers b rotate, the annealing material g (see arrow direction) rolls forward or passes through the furnace In order to achieve an even easier rolling of the conveyor rollers b on the drive belt d, especially when the oven is idling, ie when the rollers b are not loaded but only rotate with their own weight, it is advisable to set your oven a a little To give inclination from the inlet side la to the outlet side i.
