Apparatus for forming textile goods The invention relates to
on a device for forming individual pieces of textile, in particular stockings,
on molds that are guided step by step through the treatment zones by means of a chain hoist.
With what was previously known, the form groups are once by independent carriages
formed, wherein molding devices with multiple treatment zones are not provided
while the other time the molds are piled up in guideways through a drying chamber
be guided. A pressing device and several treatment zones are for this
Arrangements not suitable. Likewise, lying mold jigs are plenty
too cumbersome, because with this arrangement technical difficulties in the up and
Pulling off the stockings are available and also a lot in the case of a circular arrangement
Space is needed. According to the invention, the arrangement is made so that the
Forms standing vertically in groups through treatment zones can be conveyed in which
Drying department heated, mutually movable baffle plates are arranged.
For example, the chain hoist runs on one straight line under two
against each other moved and heated press plates away, while the other linear
Section of the chain hoist leads past the acceptance and feed table. The arcs of curvature
of the chain hoist are enclosed by special chambers in which the goods are a
Is subjected to the influence of heat or moisture. The arrangement can
for example, be made so that in the chamber in which the with the stockings
provided molds run in from the feed table, the textile goods undergo a moisture treatment
is subjected in order to get between the heated press plates in this state
and to be pressed or dried, after which in the next chamber, which is between
Press plates and removal table lies, a complete drying of the goods by strong
moving air takes place. In the chambers, however, the goods can also be stored in another
Wise 'treated to improve the quality and appearance of the fabric.
In the example shown, the press plates are driven by
lN cam discs, which are suitably made using intermediate gears
rotated by an electric motor. A special drive
is intended for the chain, and this drive is best located within
one of the arcs of curvature that includes the chain. In the other arc of curvature
it is preferable to arrange a jig. to keep the chain constantly the necessary
To give excitement.
The invention is illustrated in the drawings, for example,
namely Fig. i shows a plan view of the device according to the invention.
Auflegetisch i 9 angeordnet. In dem einen Krümmungsbogen des Kettenzuges befindet
sich eine Kettenspannvorrichtung 2o.Fig. A is a view of a treatment chamber in a partially open state. An endless chain hoist is denoted by i, and the chain carries the molds 2 on its outside at a certain distance from one another, onto which the individual textile pieces, in particular the stockings, are drawn. The chain i lies horizontally in a machine frame and is moved by the drive 3 using an electric motor 4 with a suitable reduction gear 5. In the machine frame, lying against the chain, suitable guides 6, 7 and 8 are provided. The chain runs on its one straight path under two pressure plates 9 and io. These press plates perform movements against one another, caused by the cam disks ii and 12, which act on the press plates 9, io by means of lugs 13 and 14. The lugs 13, 14 carry the rollers 15, 16 at their free ends in the usual way. The cam disks are driven by an electric motor 17 and a suitable reduction gear 18. The circumference of the cam disks 1i, 12 is so shaped that the pressure plates 9, io are moved against each other in a clocked manner. The position of the chain or its guidance is such that the upright molds, 2 pass through the space located between the press plates 9 and io. The removal and placement table i 9 is arranged on the opposite side on the other straight line section of the chain hoist-i. A chain tensioning device 2o is located in one curve of the chain hoist.
In the embodiment according to the invention, the two
Chain bows surrounded by special chambers 21 and 22, so that the shapes with
the stockings pass through these chambers. The chambers are now used for the special
Treatment of the stockings. The chain moves in the direction of the arrow
P. As can be seen from Fig. I, at the entrance of the chamber 22 there is a nozzle arrangement
23 is provided, which consists of two rows of nozzles directed against one another, in such a way that
that the stockings sitting on the mold emerge from the nozzles at this point
Water mist. It can also be used in place of these nozzles or apart
These nozzles still have special nebulization devices arranged within the chamber
to moisten the stockings. The Chamber can also use special facilities
be heated in order to carry out a heat treatment of the stockings at the same time. the
Stockings or individual pieces of textile can also be moistened in this chamber
be subjected to chemical treatment with any other substance.
The molds emerge from the chamber 22 again at 24 and now pass between
the press plates 9 and io. The control is set so that as soon as a
a certain number of molds is located between the open press plates, the drive
the chain is interrupted for a certain time and now the two pressure plates
9 and io are moved against each other in order to remove the stockings except for the drying and
To subject the molding process to a pressure treatment. As soon as the two press plates 9
and io diverge again, the drive for chain i is automatically engaged,
and the forms with the stockings now enter the chamber at 25
2.1 where the stockings after drying or pressing, depending on the heated plates
were set, can be subjected to any further treatment.
The stockings can be post-treated in this chamber, for example with moving air
in order to then come out of the chamber at 26 to the removal table,
where, also due to the interrupted work of the gears, the
Stockings can be peeled off the molds, adding more stockings to the empty ones
To reapply shapes. Whether now the forms, as described above, independently
intermittently or by hand or independently in a continuous run through the device
are performed does not change the essence of the invention.
