Description
Filter device for apparatus for wet treatment, in particular for Dyeing of textile goods The subject matter of the present invention is a filter device for apparatus for wet treatment, in particular for dyeing textiles.
In apparatus for the wet treatment of textile goods, it is already known to switch on any filters to separate dirt, paint residues and the like. With these known devices, however, it was not possible to close the filter mass clean without having to remove them from the equipment. Most of the time, however, even had to the work process can be interrupted during this cleaning. Furthermore, the Fleet excretions of very different nature, so that it is an advantage if the rinsing in terms of pressure and amount of cleaning fluid the conditions can adjust in the individual filter inserts. By the subject matter of the invention now avoided the abovementioned inconveniences and achieved the advantages listed. With this new filter it is possible to clean the filter material during the To be able to carry out the wet treatment process on the apparatus without the wet treatment process having to interrupt. In addition, this filter is cleaned in a special way extensive, since the direction of flow of the rinsing liquid in from the liquor flow in a different direction through the filter. The new filter is on the circulation line of the wet treatment apparatus through a bypass that can be switched off connected, so is arranged in the secondary circuit for the fleet.
In the drawing, Fig. I is an embodiment of such Filters shown as a scheme. Fig.2 shows an arrangement such as that shown for example can be done in a dyeing machine, and Fig. 3 shows another example of the arrangement shown, in which this filter, for example, in the suction line between F arben storage tank and circulation pump of a dyeing machine are switched on can.
In the filter illustrated in FIG. I, for example, three individual filter layers B, C and D are arranged in the filter space A with corresponding spaces. The flow direction of the treatment liquor takes place here, for example, in the indicated arrow direction from E to F. However, the filter can also be switched on in an upright position, which should prove to be more advantageous in many cases. The rinsing water is admitted at G, and there is a connection for rinsing water at H, 1 and K, partly between the individual filter layers, in the filter room A. With the help of these shut-off devices, the amount of rinsing liquid and its pressure can be precisely regulated as required . Likewise, lockable drains are provided, partly between the individual filter layers, at L, M and .N. The path of the flushing water is shown by a dashed line from K to L. However, due to the inflows H and I and the outflows M and N, it is still up to you to more or less flush individual filter layers, as illustrated, for example, by the dash-dotted lines.
In the arrangement example according to Fig. A, the wet treatment apparatus with the material carrier is marked with 0. The pump P is connected to this apparatus 0 through circulation lines O and R. In this case, the filter is connected to the circulation line R through a secondary circulation line. With the valve S closed, the liquor is circulated from the pump via the open valve T through the filter A, through the also open valve U after the apparatus 0 and through the line O back to the pump P. If the filter is now to be backwashed, then so the valves T and U are to be closed and the valve S to be opened so that the liquor flow from the pump via the open valve S leads directly to the apparatus.
In the arrangement example according to Fig. 3, the filter is only used for Cleaning the liquor while it is being removed from the liquor storage tank.
