Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Lagerschale aus Metall oder Steingut, deren Gleitfläche sich zusammensetzt aus Gleitstücken und schmiernutbildenden , Zwischenstücken. Erfindungsgemäß bilden die Gleitstücke und die Zwischenstücke einen frei tragenden elastischen Bogen. Letzterer ist in den Lagerkörper so eingebettet, daß er sich bei Temperaturschwankungen frei ausdehnen kann und bei Stößen nachgiebig, zu verhalten vermag.The invention relates to a bearing shell made of metal or earthenware, the sliding surface of which is composed of sliding pieces and intermediate pieces that form lubricating grooves. Bei größeren Schalen ist jedes Widerlager im Lagerkörper drehbar angeordnet. Der Bogengurt ist an beiden Schalenenden durch je einen Gurtbogen g verstärkt, a5 auf welchen die Gleitbacken d und die Zwischenstücke e abgestützt sind. Als Gurtbogen kann auch ein Blechgurt oder mehrere Blechbänder um den Rücken der Lagerschale gemäß Fig. 2 gelegt werden. Die Gleitbacken d und die Zwischenstücke e sind aus zwei verschiedenen Metallen, die den jeweiligen Betriebsverhältnissen Rechnung tragen, vorgesehen. Erforderlichenfalls findet für die Gleitbacken ein in öl mit einem Zusatz von ι bis 9 0/0 Graphit, 0,5 bis 0,8 o/o Silicium und 0,7 bis 1,3 °/o Chrom gedämpftes oder gekochtes Holz Verwendung. Die ineinanderliegenden Flächen der Gleitbacken und Zwischenstücke werden entweder radial, wie es die Fig. 1 zeigt, oder nut- und federartig (Fig. 2) gestaltet.The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in cross section.
