Nach dem Hauptpatent ist die Vorrichtung so ausgebildet, daß gleichzeitig zwei Chargen
behandelt werden können, nämlich die eine im Druckkessel, die andere im Trockner.
Wesentlich für die Durchführung eines derartigen Arbeitsverfahrens ist es, daß die
Abzapfung des Fettes und des Wassers aus dein Druckkessel ohne Unterbrechung des
Dämpfprozesses erfolgen kann. Diesem Zweck dient die Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung,
die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß unterhalb der Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung eine
trichterförmige Wanne angeordnet ist, durch die die Bestandteile des Gutes zentral
nach unten geführt werden, und daß am höchsten Punkte unterhalb der Wanne eine verschließbare
Auslauföffnung vorgesehen ist. Die Abzapfung des flüssigen Fettes geschieht in denkbar
einfacher Weise dadurch, daß die am höchsten Punkte unterhalb der Wanne vorgesehene
Auslauföffnung freigelegt wird. Der Dampfüberdruck im Druckkessel besorgt dann augenblicklich
das Hochreißen des Fettes, so daß es an die Unterfläche der Wanne spritzt und durch
den nachdrückenden Dampf ausgetrieben wird. Pumpen oder sonstige bewegliche Maschinenteile
werden somit für die Entnahme des Fettes nicht benötigt. Auch ein Fettklärgefäß,
