Description
Die Erfindung betrifft die Anordnung von Rollen- oder Kugellagern, insbesondere für Walzwerke. Diese Lager werden in der Regel warm auf die Walzenzapfen aufgezogen oder aufgepreßt und bisher in der Weise von den Walzenzapfen abgezogen, daß zwischen dem Bund der Walze und der Labyrinthdichtung des Kugellagers Keile eingetrieben wurden, die dem Kugellager einen Axialschub erteilten und es so von dem Walzenzapfen lösten. Zum Eintreiben der Keile mußte aber ein Raum zwischen dem Walzenbund und den Labyrinthringen frei gelassen werden, was eine Verlängerung und eine erhöhte Inanspruchnahme des Walzenzapfens zur Folge hatte. Dieser Nachteil soll gemäß der Erfindung dadurch vermieden werden, daß. die Kugellager vor dem. Abziehen erwärmt werden. An dem aus dem Rollenlagergehäuse herausragenden anderen Ende der Keile ist ebenfalls eine Nase angeordnet, an der Mittel zum Herausziehen der Keile aus den Nuten des Walzenzapfens angreifen können. Beim Herausziehen der Keile ziehen diese dann das Kugellagergehäuse vom Walzenzapfen ab, was nach Erwärmung des Lagers leicht möglich ist. Abgesehen von dem leichten Ausbau der Lager, bietet die Erfindung den Vorteil, daß der bisher für die Aufnahme der Keile notwendige freie Raum zwischen der Kugellagerdichtung und dem Walzenbund nicht mehr erforderlich ist, die Labyrinthdichtung also nahe an den Walzenbund heranrückt und infolgedessen der Walzenzapfen kürzer als bisher bemessen werden kann.z.
