Description

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Tabakzubringevorrichtung für Zigarrenmaschinen.The invention relates to a tobacco feeding device for cigar machines.

Bei Vorrichtungen dieser Art ist es bekannt, einen mit einem hin und her gehenden Kolben ausgerüsteten Preßkanal vorzusehen, in den der Tabak beim Austritt aus einen Zuführungskanal mittels eines Stopfers hineingeschoben wird. Um bei einer Vorrichtung dieser Art eine gleichmäßige Zuführung zu erzielen, sind erfindungsgemäß an der Schubstange einer den Kolben antreibenden Schubkurbel mit nachgiebig gelagerter Kurbelachse federnde Zinken angeordnet, die bei der Bewegung der Sohubkurbel, die zugleich mittels Hebelgestänges; den Stopfer antreibt, durch Schlitze des Zuführungskanals hindurchgreifen und den Tabak vorschieben. Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in den Abb. 1 bis 3 in verschiedenen Arbeitsstellungen des Preßlianais im Schnitt, teilweise in Ansicht schematisch dargestellt. An den Schubstangen ti einer Geraldschubkurbel α sind federnde Zinken c angebracht. Diese greifen bei der Bewegung der Schubstange η in den Zuführungskanal b durch Schlitze m ein und schieben den Tabak in den Raum d, der über der Öffnung e in der Wand des Preßkanals / angebracht ist.
