Die Chromierung der Farbstoffe kann beispielsweise durch Erhitzen auf dem Wasserbad oder durch Kochen unter Rückflußkühlung mit Lösungen von Chromiformiat, -acetat oder -fluorid u. dgl. durchgeführt werden.
